Russ received my call that our A/C was out about 12:30, he said No problem and had a guy that was finishing up another job and he would send Aaron over to take a look at our system. Aaron showed up to our house about 3pm. Luckily we were just low on freon and he did a little cleaning. I will always recommend these guys. Very professional and they know what they are doing. You can trust they will be honest and fix it right the first, and NOT take advantage of you. Good people

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of material for my HVAC system. My system failed during this current heat wave and Russ had a temporary fix until they were able to install the new system. It was five days between my first phone call and the new install! Russ took the time to explain all my options and what he thought would be in my best interest. They were punctual and super professional. They even repaired issues that weren’t on the original installation plan. I cannot recommend Hoock heating and cooling enough. Absolutely amazing company and owner.

Couldn't have picked a better company for my repair. Russ was awsome, he made it a point to get us into the schedule and get our system fixed very quickly. He was also very professional and polite.

Russ was very quick to respond to our call. It was later in the day and heat was out - temps were going to be single digits and he came after hours to take care of it at no additional charge. Was very professional and proficient - knows what he is doing! Great guy! Great service! We will be using Russ and Hoock's Heating and Cooling for our regular maintenance from now on.

Our heat went completely out in the coldest of winter this year and on the weekend when most places our closed so we hit this company up and I must say Russ the owner was very professional and came out right away! A few things I want to say about this company is they are honest, know what they are doing and care about their customers! They clean up very well when they are finished and the financing options are very doable if getting a new furnace is the route you decide to go I must say we are very pleased with our choice to use Hoock's !

I love Hoocks Heating and Cooling company. My A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. Russ was called and came out same day to help cool my home down. He even went out his way to call back and follow up about my A/C unit. Very professional, respectful, and detailed. I would highly recommend.

UPDATE 11/8/21: Called Russ back for a heating system installation. So responsive - he made time to check out our issue and he laid out the every option clearly and with our needs in mind. The actual install was efficient and he took the time to explain what he’d done and ensured we knew what we needed to know. It couldn’t have been better.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night with a projection of 100+ degrees the following day. We have three children under 4 in our home and Russ was out first thing the next morning to get our A/C running again! Wonderful service and its very clear how knowledgeable and invested Russ is! Highly recommend!
