You can tell Russ Hook has a real passion for HVAC. He helped our family with repairs to our aging AC unit until it ultimately stopped working. Hook's was the only HVAC company that came in and actually sized the house properly using our blueprints and the software on their tablets. Hook's made suggestions on modifications that could be done to our house that would help the HVAC system work better and more efficient. Hook's did a great job and now our family is freezing cold in the hot summer days! I 100% suggest Hook's Heating and Cooling.

When he came to do the work which was on a Saturday by the way you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing extremely thorough double checking every step he was upfront about all options and did not leave anything out. Thank you Russ! We woke up to having no heat this morning in -1 degree temperature on a Saturday morning. After calling almost 5 others ( all closed on the weekend) Russ was contacted and gave us an ETA. He arrived ahead of schedule. Very professional, polite and very upfront. He did not charge a premium for “ after hours” cost as most of the other companies do. He was very knowledgeable and was also able to identify the problem right away. He also educated us on our unit.
