For my spring system check. Chris was professional, pleasant and very thorough. I just think Superiors service is outstanding. They even did a plumbing check. Chris took the time to discuss age of equipment and lined out a replacement plan when time comes. Thanks!

I discovered the house getting very warm in the morning. Called superior heating and cooling. They said Korey would be out as soon as possible. Korey was very professional and figured out the problem quickly. Our home is now back to cooling off. We have used superior for years and always have had great service. They are very trustworthy.

Korey was professional and very personable fixing our a/c unit today. He didn’t push us into anything we didn’t need and explained thoroughly what was going on with our unit and what about options were. I contacted them yesterday and someone was out the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Service technician Adam was pleasant, professional, and courteous. Resolved my bathroom plumbing issues in minimal time AND cleaned up his work area. Services rendered were a little on the pricey side. But, would definitely recommend this technician and the company!!

Korey came out for a maintenance check on our ac unit. He was on time and very friendly, professional, explained everything he did, even showed pictures of everything he checked and what everything meant in simple terms. They send a picture of the technician ahead of time so you know who to expect at your home. Love Superior and prices are so reasonable!!

A/C went out. I called at 7:00 pm and talked to a person “live”. Thank You! I had 2 “live conversations” the next morning and Chris arrived at 9:00 am. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the A/C. I am very pleased.

My Service Tech was very experienced and walked me through everything he was doing and so I learned a great deal about my A/C system, which was really helpful. I've had Superior Heating maintain my cooling and heating systems since 2007, and I couldn't be happier with their services. I moved into a house with radiators and no central heat or air, and they installed central air (I keep the radiators) and have been servicing everything ever since. Dave Essner has been my technician for years, and he's nothing short of amazing; he's very experienced, and since he's been servicing my heat and cooling for years, he knows my house and my systems very well! Friendly adam knew what he was doing through. Very happy with results, fair pricing everything cleaned up afterward. Will use in future for any plumbing work. They also installed a new air conditioner about 5 years ago and it is the 1st one that works.cools whole house and working with Patrick was a joy. Very through even considering our air in the attic. Not tied to furnace.great job. the company is run with knowledgeable ethical fair people.
