Chris Grove was very professional and asked if we had any issues. He checked everything out with the a/c unit and cleaned it out also. I'm very satisfied with the work that he performed. I would recommend Superior.

The service technician (Chris W) was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. Superior’s pricing was much more reasonable than the service and hardware from the competitor (JK) that I tried last time I needed service.

I called Superior Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and got an appointment pretty quick. Adam and Jacob showed up on time to replace my water heater. They completed the job in about 5 hours. They were knowledgeable, super nice and did a great job. Adam brought to my attention some additional plumbing issues at my house which I appreciated and he gave me quick quotes. I highly recommend them for plumbing services.

I had been waiting all week for another company that never showed up. I called Superior Friday night, they showed up Saturday morning and had it repaired right away. Very pleased with how quick and courteous they were.

i would have loved to had the chance to give a good rating because of the great word of mouth i’ve heard about their technicians however the old hag answering the phones was rude, told me nobody could give me a quote and wouldn’t give me a number to call for a quote?? told me to “call back another time” (didn’t take my number for a call back or a day or time to call) i didn’t even have a chance to tell her what service i needed before ending conversation.. moral of the story get someone at your call center that actually wants to sell your service/product. embarrassing. meanwhile i got 2 other round about quotes over the phone and the actual owner of Renaud heating called me back on his personal cell to give me the information i needed.

Tim Miller was our service tech again for this visit. He is nice and professional. He has 10 years of experience and obviously an expert at his craft. This is the second time he has been sent to complete our repairs. He explains everything in detail, able to diagnose the problem quickly, and complete any necessary work.

Korey was the best. He walked me through and explained everything to me before making any repairs. I even signed up for a maintenance plan that can't be beat.

We found a leak in one of our toilets and filled out the online request for an appointment. The company called me back about 20 minutes later and scheduled a service call for the following day. I received a call that morning to confirm and another call when the plumber (Adam) was on the way. He was extremely professional and personable, upfront about costs and efficient. Highly recommend this company and Adam as your plumber!

Chris Grone was very prompt, professional and courteous. He didn't leave a mess and even while I was on a conference call for work didnt make a sound! Five Star service from beginning to the end! It's definitely in the name - superior! Thank you
