I’ve used TBP a few times now and the office staff have always been responsive and professional. This time around the technician Alex came and diagnosed a faulty water heater. Alex was very knowledgeable and discussed all of my options. We fully replaced the water heater and Alex did a thorough/detailed job. Thank you Alex and TBP.

I am very thankful that I called True Blue and that they sent Alex my way. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and didn't mind answering all my questions. I really appreciate the service I received today, so much so that I'm writing a review already! When I need a professional plumber again, I'm definitely calling True Blue (and requesting Alex!)

I had a Saturday emergency leak situation, and after calling a few spots, landed here. The person who took my call rearranged the schedule, even calling another client who didn’t have an emergency to see if they would be willing to push their appointment back (thank you to that kind person!), and got me in with very short notice. Alex came on time, was friendly and helpful and took care of getting my hot water heater good enough to use until it’s fully replaced. I really appreciated him explaining things to me, and being friendly. He mentioned how much he loved his job, which always means better care for customers. Overall, my experience was pleasant in tough circumstances and I could tell Alex is a really good man. It gave me trust to use this team in the future.

We had a new sink and faucet installed to replace our 40 year old, drippy, ugly sink and faucet. David did a fabulous job! He removed the old sink, modified the drainage pipe and installed the new sink, faucet and disposal. Very professional and installed quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you, David and True Blue Plumbing. Will definitely use them again.

Alex came to our home to clear our drain today. He was honest, easy to work with. Provided great knowledge. He told me what needed to be done and didn't try to push me into anything. He offered me options and solutions which I appreciated. I would have Alex back out anyway he was a delight and super nice. I give him an A++++ rating all 5 stars

I had Ike as our tech and he was the best. Very personable and he knew what he was doing. He made sure to tell me what he was going to do and when he was done he told me what he had done and what was wrong with our drain. They are very reasonable company and they will warranty their work. I had others going to charge me double to triple what True Blue charged me and didn’t offer warranty like True Blue did. They are definitely someone I will use in the future and will refer them to family and friends!

Alex M. was incredible! One of the most genuine, professional and kind men I've met. Not only did we get sam!e day service but his work was impeccable. Our water heater was severely out of date, corroded, and had started to leak. Alex put in a new and more efficient hot water heater in less than 3 hours. That included updating our plumbing and adding an expansion tank. He took the time to show me the new additions, how the plumbing was improved, and how to operate our new tank. If you need plumbing work, use True Blue and ask for Alex M.!

I tried to have a family member do this job workout success. I was not able to use hot water in my kitchen until it was repaired. Michael provided me confidence in his way to fix the leak problem effectively without worry of CVPC pipe coming apart at the couplings etc. and flooding the basement.

True Blue sent Chris out next morning to do estimate. Got work started right away.replaced floor drain in basement including PTrap and concrete work and made sure line was clean. Found and replaced leaking washer water faucets. Came back Monday and replaced old shower fixtures in both showers upstairs. Excellent work plus clean up!! Priced within dollars of what we had guestimated. Very pleased with the quick, friendly and efficient service.
