After several very expensive quotes for a large plumbing job, I called TBP for a smaller urgent repair over the Memorial holiday weekend, and Michael came out same day and quoted my urgent job and my larger job of replacing stacks, changing a washer drain, and adding a whole home water system. He gave a very good price to cover both jobs and I went with it. Michael came out when we next planned, and he lead the job doing most of the repairs, and now my home is done right and things work as the should. Highly recommend these guys, Michael even chased my dog down that got out the front door accidentally, stand up guy, and I’m very happy with the work performed by TBP.

This was my first time going with this company. I do NOT recommend them at all! The tech was nice but the company policy is a scam. I was told on the phone that the trip charge is $49. I was charged $217 for a trip charge and a diagnosis fee when all the tech did was go in the attic and tell me this is an HVAC issue and not a plumbing issue. $217 dollars for a few minutes of no labor is SCAM! I will not go back to this company and I don’t advice anyone else to do so either.

I will never use another plumbing company again. This company knows what they are doing, the bid came in hundreds of dollars lower than comparable local plumbers. Extremely professional, on time, and incredibly professional customer service both by the professionals that did the work, but also fantastic and personal customer service over the phone. I had a water heater replaced and was told by other bidders that the job was “not possible” because of the limited space to work in. My home was built in the 40s and there are always surprises when making repairs. Not with these guys- they got it done faster than expected and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. “Not possible” was easy for them. They are just what I expect from a professional standpoint… and my expectations are high. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a QUALITY plumber and great service. Thanks guys!

I like to do business with local (preferably veteran/woman owned) businesses ... but I do my research & don't do the "get 3-4 quotes' stuff ... True Blue was everything I wanted! Cody came out the same day, was REALISTIC about what he could /could not do that day, but addressed all my issues, even brought his supervisor (Ike) to my house to answer questions he couldn't answer! (I like that!!! If you don't know, admit it, get the answers from someone who does!!) Cody was awesome! My dogs loved him! (That alone says a lot!) He was SO helpful, polite, respectful, and PROFESSIONAL! He came the same day I called (late afternoon - although I knew it would take longer to take care of my issues) he took care of the most important one that day ... came back the next day to take care of the rest - and - him admitting that he didn't know much about water softener systems - brought his supervisor in to advise? (His supervisor knew what he was talking about - & what we were looking for! Cody used it as a learning experience! :) ) We got our basic plumbing issues fixed and decided to install a water softener system - cause let's face it! We live in KCMO with HARD water... do not regret that decision at all! And True Blue (and Cody) is now MY company to go to for plumbing!!! an added plus? Apparently, one of my neighbors was having plumbing issues, saw his truck - & he was back in the neighborhood, helping my neighbor the next day! :) btw ... I'm not an idiot .... I've worked for HVAC/plumbing companies for YEARS (retired from one after 7 years) ... I know the game ... True Blue is honest, reasonable ($49 trip charge!) Can't beat that!) and VERY professional and responsive! You can't go wrong with True Blue!!!

Jackson did an outstanding job for me. He was professional, had an awesome attitude, and was very polite. I really appreciated how he represented his company and himself. I would recommend True Blue Plumbing.

Ethan and his assistant Ben are true professionals. They were both so nice and respectful. They answered all of my questions. They truly deserve a Rating of 6. If I need any more Plumbing, I will be requesting them to do the work for me. I really enjoyed talking with them. Thank you for sending Ethan and Ben to my home. Their work was exemplary. Ike really knew his stuff. Very professional and personable. Very considerate and explained what he was doing. No wasted time - he did his job seamlessly. We were very happy with his work!

Jackson was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Really appreciate that the company sends you a photo of the plumber before they arrive. Very thoughtful customer security. We will definitely use this company again.

Great service! Tech was extremely knowledgeable and offered multiple options for the replacement needed. He was able to complete promptly and explained warranty info and any other question I had in detail. We will continue to work with this provider for our tenants!

These guys weren’t the cheapest but they did amazing quality work. They also weren’t the most expensive. Was a good group who came out fixed a main water line into the house. Took them all day but the quality of work was worth it.
