Pleasantly surprised at the service. Called at 9:30 am and had a new Home Depot replacement water heater installed by 2:30pm. Michael was professional throughout, well mannered and courteous. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

Had a good experience. Dom showed up and had the old tank drained and moved quickly. He had to go swap out tanks due to my error upon ordering so was slowed down due to that. But once he had the right tank he had it in place and installed quickly an hour later we had good hot water. Would recommend this company.

A nasty smell coming from our drains needed attention. Found True Blue from good reviews and gave them a call. The technician, Alex came out and was kind, professional, and really educated us on the problem, how to fix, and how to maintain. Alex shared the companies business model and how they work which was good to hear, they don't work off commission or anything like that, and really value the customer and the relationships they build. Will for sure use them again for any plumbing needs.

Alex M was awesome. He fixed the problem very effectively. As he did so, he educated me as to what failed, why, how to prevent it in the future, and how to fix it in the future. I still paid way more than I wanted to, but it was a necessary expense, and Alex seemed very trustworthy, honest, genuine, and fair. If you have a plumbing problem you can’t fix on your own, I’d highly recommend Alex M from True Blue plumbing.

I want to thank Alex for the outstanding work he did installing a new hot water tank, new faucet and some minor plumbing repairs under kitchen sink. Alex was very professional, i showed Alex all the work that needed to be done before hand and he explained how he was going to do it and prices for the repairs and installing.
