Our repair man was excellent! He told us before he started what the expenses might be according to what might need to be done. At our request he installed a new toilet with a more powerful flushing mechanism. He also had a cute sense of humor which we appreciated.
We have had True Blue Plumbing out twice and have been very happy with the service. We intend to use them in the future.

Although Alex, the installer was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job, that is the only reason True Blue gets 2 stars.
1st, I didn't hire True Blue, Home Depot did, but True Blue, kept rescheduling my appointments, at first, I was more than patient and then, I wasn't. After 5 days with no hot water, I was pretty hot. They "promised" to be here between 8 and 11 Saturday morning, and I told them I had to be at a funeral at 1. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Because of a miscommunication between them and their tech, he ran late, they called and again I reminded them about the funeral, again, no problem. I didn't make it to the funeral.
Don't use True Blue Plumbing if you need something done on time. Loved meeting Alex!

Joshua was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and got right to work after giving me an estimate. Very easy to schedule an appointment. These guys have just become our go to plumber.

Chris is awesome!! Super nice and explained everything. I had several repairs that needed to be fixed. Chris’s knowledge is top notch!! Ben (who was working with Chris) is also awesome and very nice!

True Blue Plumbing legitimately saved our butts! Our main line ruptured and backed up into the house late in the afternoon, at the end of the business day. I called and talked to (so believe) Jamie and she literally ran and grabbed Tarik who was wrapping up for the day and sent him out to get us temporarily fixed up. Tarik explained the issue, walked me through all the details, and got us lined up witching a couple days to get our main line replaced and back up and running. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me throughout the process which made me way more comfortable than I’d expected. I would recommend True Blue to anyone needing plumbing work done! Legitimately, these guys rock!

Look no further for a good plumber. True Blue Plumbing is the one to go with. Michael showed up on time and looked over my plumbing issues of an old water heater and old gas line to it. He then explained what he would do to bring the work up to code for a new water heater and gas line. Michael was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I could see he took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Michael was very prompt and courteous. He came to disconnect at gas stovetop for a new countertop installation and he even stuck around for and extra 15 minutes to reconnect the stovetop so that I wouldn’t have to wait for another plumber to come back for the reconnect.

We had our siding replaced and one of the outdoor spigots needed to be extended to accommodate the new, thicker siding. Alex from True Blue came out the next day and gave us a free estimate. He would have been able to make the repair that day as well if it weren't for a few factors which kept him from doing so. A few days later he came back and fished the job correctly and for a fair price. We will be happy to use TBP again for any future plumbing needs.

After our sump pump went and our basement flooded, we noticed our hot water wasn't working. Alex with True Blue Plumbing came out on a Saturday and was able to clean and fix our hot water heater. Alex was very friendly and even explained something we could do to extend the life of our 18 year old water heater!
