Rumpca Services replaced my air conditioner and my furnace. Jeff gave a clear and straightforward explanation and proposal. He willingly answered all my questions. My equipment was installed promptly. The installers were professional and efficient. They did a good job explaining the things I needed to know. Jeff handled the rebate process, and encouraged me to call with any future questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this business.

Rumpca Services installed a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, April Air, and a thermostat. The price was fair, the quality of work was amazing and when they were done, the clean-up was by far the best of any contractor we've ever hired. Arrive promptly as scheduled and repaired plumbing issues installed new hot water heater and whole house filter. Very satisfied at this time.

I went through two plumbers before being recommended to try Rumpca. They were able to squeeze me in and had my main line unclogged in just over an hour. Very professional.

Rumpca did a great job on my first floor laundry room. They were on time, friendly, and professional. When they did the initial walk through, they noticed a few things that were not up to the current codes, so they fixed those also. They were very flexible and accommodating because after they did the plumbing and gas lines, I had to have a drywall guy come in to fix the wall. They were able to adjust to my schedule and come back pretty quickly, when the wall was fixed. The only thing that I would have liked is if they would have talked to me about the placement of my washer prior to installing it. There is no room either next to the washer or between my washer & dryer for a soap & fabric softener cart. Other then that, they were amazing!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!! Way to go Rumpca!!

They came out to repair our water heater that stopped working. They got it up and running within 30 minutes and determined it was due to improper installation of the exhaust pipe from when our house was built. They were friendly and professional. The tech also gave me some advice on issues he saw with our furnace air piping from install as well. Being a new build house, it was clear that we had people put our house appliances together that were not qualified to do so. I highly recommend Rumpca and will surely use them for all future HVAC/plumbing issues going forward.

They showed up on time. Very professional. We were getting AC. It wasn't getting cold fast enough. But me and my hubby are clowns and we couldn't wait. I called the wrong number, the salesperson, very nice but told us to call office. Hubby called office.They said wait 10 to 15 minutes. And call back if not working. Started to work. I had a phone call so hubby didn't call office back.. By this time AC running awesome. Arctic tundra. But office didn't know. They sent someone to make sure. Yes working great. We wasted their time but they had great customer service. Sorry about that guys. Like I said we're clowns. 100% would recommend. They did our furnace last year too.

Rumpca Services has always been great to my family. My parents have always used Rumpca when I was growing up, when it came time to replace my fiancé and I's air conditioner, furnace and some duct work, they were very professional, efficient and made us feel as if we could trust them with their work and suggestions. Anytime we have needed help with anything related to HVAC, they are always my go-to! Highly recommended if you need anything replaces or fixed.

The service we received from Rumpca Services was very prompt and courteous. They installed our new Lennox furnace last year. I called to see if they could come out and make sure we were getting the most heat flow possible from our unit. They were out the next morning, made some adjustments and tweaks to make sure all was well with the unit. I think they’re a top notch team for your HVAC needs.
