My waste line for laundry and kitchen was not draining. Service spent a lot of time trouble shooting and finally got it fixed. Work area was cleaned before he left. Thanks for doing a great job.

I was having trouble equalizing temperatures for my 4-level townhome. Rumpca came out, reviewed my HVAC, adjusted a damper, changed the fan speed for the furnace blower, and recommended I return to the original air filter. The result has been fantastic. Much better than the previous service company who simply said I was using the wrong filter.

Water values replaced before and after water meter in basement. City of Cottage Grove shut off water to house and Rumpca plumber, Matt did an exceptional job. No leaks. Thank You Matt.

I called their service to have my furnace cleaned (maintained) since my ecobee reminded me to have it done. Josh was the tech that came out and cleaned the furnace. I found out the sensor was dirty and was the cause of the furnace having issues at startup (aka. Reason for odd noise). He did an excellent job and was quick and great at explaining the situation. Thank you.

We had a leak, we thought, from our washing machine. Come to find out Jason, from Rumpca, found we had a bigger problem. He went in our crawl space & found that the bathtub drain is what caused the mess we had. The pipes were rusted ,causing the water to go through & down the wall in our family room. It caused water damage to part of a wall & part of the carpet in our family room & the crawl space. I would highly recommend Rumpca & Jason. He's very professional & courteous. Rumpca is reasonable with their pricing. They aren't out to take advantage of people. 5 stars!!!

Rumpca Services takes care of multiple services at Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. They do everything from HVAC Maintenance, Plumbing, and maintain and/or replace multiple Sump Pumps & Sensors. Whenever we have an issue here, I call Jason and they are very quick to respond. All of their people are very friendly and hard working. I can always count on them to come to the rescue when something is failing. They are also on top of maintenance items to avoid issues when possible. Zach and Rob are here today performing annual maintenance on our sump pump system. A couple weeks ago I contacted Jason with an urgent request due to no power coming to one of our pump sensors. He arrived, assessed and fixed the issue very quickly. Josh and Travis have also done work here and are equally friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Rumpca Services, Inc.

My experience with Rumpca was great! Last winter on a Saturday morning, when we were -30 or some crazy temperature like that my furnace went out. Every other company I called was 2 weeks or more to come out. Then I called Rumpca and they came out in 20 minutes and had the heat working in no time. I was expecting it to be a very expensive service call and I would have paid it cause it was freezing, but to my surprise it was a regular service fee. Recently my water heater quit my first call was to Rumpca and again they were out in an hour and was able to replace my water heater the same day at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

This company is great. Jeff was fast, informative, and incredibly nice. They gave us a way better price than the other companies for our new ac and it came with labor for 2 years. We were able to schedule with them in a timely manner and when they did the install they were very nice and incredibly fast. Our ac works great and I would highly recommend Rumpca if you want quality work, excellent service, and great prices!
