Although I feel their pricing is on the high side of average, the value is high. They are prompt, honest, honor their warranties and are just all around pleasant to work with.

Ethan did a great job diagnosing an issue with both our AC and our Nest thermostat. When I provided Nest with a copy of the invoice the technician said it was the most detailed description of troubleshooting he’d ever seen and agreed to send us a new thermostat with little more effort on my part.
