They came out within a couple of hours after my call and helped me out when my AC quit working. The tech was very kind and took the time to explain everything he performed. He even told me to call them back for servicing if it occurred again.

Willis was very punctual, polite and kind. He worked with us to find a furnace and air conditioner to fit our small doorway and budget. The technicians were also courteous, mindful and careful during the installation. They kept me informed when they would be using certain tools because we have a special needs daughter who requires oxygen. Thank you Lampert Heating & Cooling. We will be back!
