Titan Heating & Cooling

I’ve become increasingly hard to please as I get older. I’ve also had a significant amount of average, and well below average, experiences with heating and cooling outfits over the years. A friend of mine told me about Titan Heating and Cooling. Kyle from Titan is actually over qualified, but being a part owner, being overqualified is a good thing. Kyle’s schooling and designations in the trade are invaluable. From his responsiveness, to professionalism and follow through, I’m beyond impressed. I’ll never use another heating and cooling company as long as I live in the twin cities!!

I can’t believe I’m as impressed and happy as I am. On top of that, they rep Rheem, the best equipment out there.

I can’t even critique Kyle or the entire process. Literally flawless. Congrats Titan for having your little world all figured out. Much respect!

My AC stopped working overnight and when I called that morning we scheduled for the next day. Not long after they called back saying they had an opening that day.

The tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and replace the broken parts. All in all in took less than an hour.

Tech was extremely friendly and explained each step he took while doing the repair and instructed me on how to properly maintain the AC.

Kyle and Lane we're thorough, informative, timely and respectful and did an amazing job on the install. The technician was thorough and fast. He explain what he did and made sure i understood. He even took the time to answer questions I had about my A/C not related to the work he did.
