Titan Heating & Cooling

We were thankful for Titan getting our heat fixed within 1 hour of calling them. They let us know what we needed and explained everything that was being done. Kyle was very polite and was so helpful about what we can do to help and maintain a good furnace. Very affordable and will tell our family and friends about them. I will definately use them again. Thanks Titan for a job well done.

Kyle fromTitan Heating came to our house to investigate the concern that our furnace was not heating effectively and it was making noise. He was quickly able to find the reason for the heating problem which turned out to be the same issue as the one we had Uptown Heating and Cooling to the house one year before to fix. Kyle located the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. In addition, as he checked the furnace out, he found that there were screws missing in the fan housing (which was replaced a year ago by Uptown Heating and Cooling) thereby causing the noise in the system. When the fan was replaced previously by Uptown, the repairman failed to screw the housing back into place. In fact, there were no screws inside to be found! It took Uptown Heating 3 visits to find and attempt to fix the problems. In fact, we finally gave up on them. I tried to discuss my concerns with their management but never got any satisfaction. My advice: Stick with Titan Heating and you will NOT be disappointed. If you have the opportunity to work with Kyle, you will be delighted. He is knowledgeable, friendly, informative and competent. His pricing was also very fair.

Respectful, hard working, honest and they responded quickly to my request for service. Kyle worked hard and used all the resources st his disposal to get our furnace working properly. When he determined that we just needed to give in and get a new furnace he fully explained why, got us a price that was more than fair and had it installed and working the next morning. He was great to work with and I will remember this company for any further needs we might have.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I called for furnace repair at 8:30 pm on Saturday night because I had no heat. No one answered the phone so I to left an urgent message. They never returned my call. For a company that claims to be open 24 hours this is definitely false advertising.

Titan Heating and Cooling is by far the best company I've worked with in this industry. Their technicians were professional and efficient. They educated me on my problem and then gave me options. Furthermore, they insisted that I take steps so that I don't have the same problem in the future.

We received good service on our furnace provided by a knowledgable and courteous technician, Kyle. He diagnose the problem with asking 2 questions (on the phone, en route to my house), and efficiently fixed it. He took time to thoroughly explain how the heating unit works in my home, which help me understand the work that had been done and what to expect going forward. It was a good job done!

I noticed my water heater was leaking on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning Kyle and Kelly were at my house at 8am with a brand new water heater. They were fast, friendly and efficient and I was so glad they even took away the old water heater. I found them to be very knowledgeable about water heaters and how to properly care for them. Great service. Danny responded to our call promptly when our furnace went out on a Saturday. He was willing to come out, but was able to give a a few pointers to fix a blown fuse so we could fix it ourselves. Much appreciated!
