These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and do great work. They initially installed a new a/c unit for us, and noticed while they were there that the furnace had some cracks in the heat exchanger and was leaking carbon monoxide. After their apologies about delivering bad news (which felt really genuine), they explained things in a clear, straightforward manner, gave us reasonable quotes, and never tried to aggressively upsell us or give us something we didn't need. When they came back to install the new furnace, they did a great job with that, too. I can't recommend them highly enough. They're kind, honest people, and they do really solid work.

My air went out in the middle of a heat waive. Phil responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner. He came out on a Wednesday afternoon to verify what type of unit I needed and we scheduled an appt for the following Monday, the earliest opening they had in the middle of COVID19 . He called me that evening saying they had to reschedule something for Tuesday and they had an opening the next morning!

Dan and Kyle arrived at 8:00 and installed the new unit. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The new unit was installed in about 2 1/2 hours. Very pleased with their service and the new unit is humming along. Was reasonably priced and a quality unit.

I have a few autoimmune issues and the oppressive heat and humidity are hard on me and am very thankful they were able to get me on their schedule 4 days earlier! Would definitely recommend them.

After realizing I had issues with my AC on one of the hottest days of the summer, I called Titan Heating and Cooling on a Thursday morning. They had one of their guys, Kyle, out to my house immediately. Kyle is not only one of the most friendly individuals I've ever met, but he is EXTREMELY knowledgable. He had me tag along with him the entire time while he diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing when it comes to heating/cooling and could easily be taken advantage of when it comes to repair costs (which has happened with many other companies) but Kyle walked me through everything and broke it all down in terms I could understand. Make no mistake, these guys are not just "techs"... they are professionals in every sense of the word and have certifications and degrees to back it up.

You will not find a more honest or responsive company. I cannot say enough about Danny, Kyle, and their entire team. These guys are seasoned Pro's and they have 100% of my business going forward.

I've been using Titan for 6-7 years. Our furnace cut out last night. Made a 9:30p call and they answered, they had someone out first thing this morning as promised, 8am on the nose. Good people, Great service and most importantly, when they tell you what they will do, they do it. Coming from a small town and a family HVAC company growing up, this is what you want!

We had Kyle come out to do some repair work to our A/C unit, due to hail damage. We were so impressed by him, that when we had furnace issues, we asked for him to come out and fix it. Good people. They helped us figure out the HVAC system for our condo. We live in an 1890's building, so it wasn't the simplest of jobs, but they did a great job changing out our old system for a new mini-split system.
