After our AC took a dump, we were recommended to call Kyle at Titan. Our service was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Came and fixed a couple things relating to pressure switch and it completely stopped working again a week later on a Sunday at 6:30pm. They wouldn’t come out bc it was a Sunday, even after explaining that I have 4 small kids including newborn. Had to spend $178 for another company to come out. The guy was so busy bragging about who he knew and serviced instead of fixing the problem. When the new company came out he looked at the description from titan and said it was dishonest. Texted him also to ask quick question and he said he’s get back to me and never did. Not reliable

I'm a real estate agent who needed a furnace inspection and needed it right now to keep a deal together. Phil was able to get me in first thing the next morning. After finding some significantly bad readings, I was expecting the technician, Daniel, to tell me we needed a new furnace. Instead, he spent quite a bit of time adjusting and now the furnace is in great working order again. Thanks so much Daniel. I'm pretty sure if I'd called one of the big boys, my sellers would have ended up buying a new furnace. I'll be calling you guys again!

Danny was out in December to install a new furnace and set up a new A/C compressor. Kyle was out the other day to do the A/C startup. I had called Phil and even though they were busy he got us in so we had the A/C going before it got hot and muggy. All 3 individuals are friendly and profession and I would highly recommend them.
