Absolute professionalism. Kyle was fantastic, on time [even early] for our scheduled time frame and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in our dinosaur of a furnace in no time at all. There was very little cost involved and he even took the time to explain all of the options that we will have when we do need to replace the furnace. Thank you for the great service! Danny from Titan has been awesome - he’s come out on multiple occasions to troubleshoot issues and each time provides multiple options for repair (keep it running, improve it, or replace it with something better). They charge a reasonable price for professional service - no gimmick sales prices to get in the door. Danny has never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He’s installed an air exchanger and a new furnace, all running perfect from day one. Danny (and Titan in general) are very quick to respond and are often able to come out on short notice.

The AC at my rental house stopped working and I called Titan because my spouse had already had a positive experience with a different repair.
Titan answered immediately and indicated someone could come by the next day between 12 and 1230. Kyle from Titan was there right on time and was so knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He identified the issue obtained the part and made the repair. I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend Titan.

Kyle and Titan were amazing! Our AC went out late Thursday night, we called Friday morning and they were at our house within hours! Kyle did an excellent job explaining all of our options and even helped us getting the best rebates. He went above and beyond on the install, working tirelessly in the heat to get our system installed. We’ve used Titian for other smaller HVAC jobs and they have always been very responsive, fairly priced and do excellent work.

We needed a new air conditioner and air handling unit in our house and Titan was recommended by a friend. They came in with the best bid of 4 contractors, worked exceptionally with us (not overselling or over promising) and delivered just what they did promise - a great system in a timely fashion. Their team was great! Friendly, personable and very interested in showing us just what we had to do to maintain the new unit. They left the house as clean as they found it and were always willing to answer questions or help us understand. The Titan team is the best! I would fully recommend them to any people needing heating or cooling work - we will not look anywhere else!

I moved in to to a home and Titan had installed the furnace, hot water heather, air exchange, humidifier and electronic air filter. I am a do-it-yourself person but I called Titan and asked if someone could come out to review the system with me and answer a few questions. Kyle came out and was the one who actually originally installed the system. He took the time to explain exactly how to operate and service the system and provided a mini educational seminar. It was exactly what I was looking for and will quickly give them a call in the future if something breaks that I can't fix.

I've used Titan Heating & Cooling twice now. That alone should tell you the confidence I have in this company. Both times I called for service they showed up very quickly (AC service they showed up the next morning and Heating service they showed up the same day!!).Very straight forward service techs and don't try to sell you an upgrade. Both times they got my system operational for a minimal cost. The service techs are very nice people and easy to get along with. I would recommend their service to anyone.
