WOW! Danny from Titan Heating and Cooling did an exceptional job. Their customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond to find solutions even in difficult situations. I can't say enough good things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help with Heating and Cooling issues.

I use Titan Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs. Phil (the owner) is so warm and accommodating. The technicians go to great lengths to explain everything they are doing and don't treat me like a dumb homeowner. They have installed an new high efficiency furnace and a new air conditioner for us. They perform all of our preventative maintenance and service too. We love them!

I was very impressed with the service we received from Titan. We contacted them on a weekend and they came out right away to identify the problem with our furnace not throwing heat (after some DIY diagnostics didn't work). The serviceman listened to what we had done and explained how it helped the furnace. He then did a thorough look at our furnace and found the issue with our gas flow causing the problem. It was promptly fixed and with a good explanation of how to identify problems in the future. The service technician was knowledgeable and I appreciated his willingness to teach us during the visit. In all contacts Titan was professional and demonstrated great customer service and care. They were punctual and followed through on everything they said they would do. I would highly recommend them for any furnace issues you may encounter.

Awesome experience with Danny and his crew at Titan! We needed a new AC unit installed and Danny was recommended to me by three of my friends. He came in with the lowest quote and the best service! He was honest, friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and it was all around a great experience! Hassle free! STOP! STOP STOP!!!!!! HEY STOP LOOKING NOW!!!!!! There is no reason to go no further in looking into a company that does quality, and professional service. AND THE WHOLE NINE YARDS. I tried to trouble shot the problem myself and then it came down to calling and setting up an appointment. They were at my house not only the same day but called me within an hour to say they'll be at my place directly. It is AC season people, and I not only had service IMMEDIATELY BUT FOR A BELOW REASONABLE PRICE. For the trouble shooting the guy did and the understanding of the system to explain to me the situation. And the ABSOLUTE GUIDANCE the servicer explained to me while the repair was getting done. I could go on and on with this review. But I'm not going to. I will end it by saying this. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS LOW PRICE. PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY SERVICE. You don't have to call these guys, because I'm absolutely sure they do well enough. But if you want something done right... THE FIRST TIME. I demand you NOT TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AT ALL. You experience the service first hand and can honestly say that this review isn't as i said it was. i would say i would pay for your service myself. But I know how people are. So I won't. Kyle and Phil were excellent to work with. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond, friendly and polite. They did exactly what they said they would and there were no surprises. They're great at what they do! I was especially interested in energy efficiency and Kyle really knew that end of things. I am excited about my Ruud high-efficiency furnace, AC and water heater. I will tell my friends about Titan!

We had Titan Heating & Cooling out to do a Furnace Clean & Check this past winter. Danny the technician showed us three cracks in our heat ex-changer. Time for a new furnace! They were very prompt in replacing and disposing of our system. Kelly explained how the new system differs from the old and walked through everything with us. They are a very honest, up front, and knowledgeable company! We would highly recommend them to our neighbors, family, and friends!
