Danny was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue with my central a/c unit immediately, explained what needed to be done very clearly, and performed the work quickly and very well.
One thing only: please be sure to make it very clear when setting an appointment with a customer whether there will be a charge for coming out to the site, or not. I can understand a diagnostic check to determine the issue should be charged, but if the customer is expecting a replacement quote only, then there should be no charge or if there is, then it should be very clear at the time of setting up the appointment. Thank you.

Danny stopped out for a same-day service call to investigate what I believed were to be igniter issues on the furnace. Danny quickly identified all possible sources to the problem and had my furnace working again in less than a half an hour. It's clear to see that he has made a lifelong career out of understanding heating systems in their entirety, and his dedication shows when he talks about his work.

We were first-time customers but now will only call TITAN for our heating and cooling needs, instead of the big guys, because of great quality service that put our needs first.
When we had a structural issue with the foundation on our house last year we needed urgent help to move our AC unit to keep the cement company on schedule for the trenching needed along the foundation wall where the AC unit was located. I was surprised that larger companies either will not schedule a service call on short notice. Or they charge a large fee just to bid the work, which is non-refundable if you don't use them. TITAN was a referral from a trusted neighbor. While they are a smaller firm, they were very responsive and surprisingly affordable. When I explained that the cement work was in process, Kyle did the work of contacting the cement contractor for me to find the optimal time to move the AC unit by their deadline - one less hassle for me!
And when I left a message to have the unit re-installed, Kyle promptly called back and said the request would be a priority, especially with hot weather forecasted. Kyle explained the technical aspects of the job to us in a way that was both re-assuring and understandable to someone outside the industry.
TITAN maybe a small-size firm in the Twin Cities but they are BIG on customer service, with subject experts working in the field and have some of the best pricing around. Lisa

We just got a new AC unit installed. These guys are great to work with! Very good communication and customer service.

After calling some of the bigger names I got the felling my job was too small for them. I wasn't replacing or servicing a furnace so probably no money in it. After calling Titan they came out promptly, got the job done and for a reasonable price. After removing a wall I needed to relocate two intakes and one return vent and also shift an eexhaust vent over a bit to accommodate the new microwave location. I considered doing the work myself but after seeing the final product I was glad I left it to the professionals. Kyle was obviously an experienced tinner and made sure the job was done to code as he knew we were having all the work inspected by the city. He even set me up with all the parts I would need to connect my new vented microwave after the cabinets went in. Ill be ditching my big name guy and calling Titan to service my furnace and eventually replace my AC.

Titan is my goto for heating and cooling. This is the second house I have called them for repairs as well as new products. They are efficient, caring and easy to work with.

Titan is incredibly responsive and excellent at what they do. It can be hard to find an honest HVAC provider, and Titan will give an honest opinion, they have great integrity. I definitely recommend Titan!

I called Titan Heating and Cooling because my AC wasn't turning on. They had a knowledgeable technician come out the next day.

It ended up being a tripped breaker but he checked out some things that may have caused it to trip like the air filter which needed replaced and some other things.

He mentioned that if it keeps happening it may be time for a new unit but didn't try to sell me anything. However, we went over the sizes and what they mean.

Best of all the visit was onlying $109!

I will be sure to call them for my next HVAC issue.

Called this morning and they were out within 30 minutes. Thought I was low on Freon, but I wasn't. Felt they were honest and did a great job. Will be calling them again with any further issues.
