Tyler showed up for his appointment early and was cheerful. He was very respectful of my property and had a professional tone and attitude. He even wore boots inside to protect the floors. He expertly handled the necessary AC maintenance while pleasantly and fully responding to all of my inquiries. He didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary things, in contrast to other service providers I've used. We just had tech from Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company come to our home and fix our AC unit. HE WAS GREAT! He found the problem right away, was upfront with the pricing, fixed the issue and walked me through exactly what he did to fix our AC unit. Very courteous, fast service, most of all I was impressed with his expertise and knowledge. Next time we have an issue with our unit, we are calling him!
