Scheduling was a breeze and we soon had an professional assessment made by Jeff Wikstrom who came right to our home.
Our job consisted of a water heater replacement and an upgrade on some water line valves, and better venting of the water heater and furnace.
Travis Rumpca performed the install and upgrades which was done with the utmost in professionalism!

I had another business come out to hook up my gas stove. I could not smell a small gas leak, but a friend did. I called Excel Energy & they came out right away & determined there was a slight leak on the stove side & the previous company did not use a long enough flex tube to clear the cabinets for easy access. I called around to a few other companies & they always had a recorded message that they would get back to me. Rumpca Services Inc. always answers the phone & immediately sets up an appointment That works with your schedule. They call 15 minutes before they arrive at the time you agreed on previously with courteous & professional technicians. They did GREAT work & picked up after themselves afterwards. They even helped me get another plumbing project I had going scheduled with them also. The other companies did call back a day or two later, but I was already very satisfied with the quick response & scheduling with Rumpca Services Inc.

Rumpca Services came to my house to clean out my sewer line. As in the times before I received very professional and courteous service, I highly recommend Rumpca Services.

The service technician arrived on time, cleaned and tuned up our heating system, and shared his findings with me. He also resolved an intermittent connectivity issue with our thermostat. Am happy to have called Rumpca.

Have worked with Rumpca a few times over the past 10+ years with each visit providing quality work in a timely and professional manner. Had to shut off main water source which is very frustrating but thankfully it was for less than 24 hours. Discovered the leak later in evening, called early the next morning and by early afternoon it was fixed and back in business. Many thanks to Rumpca and the one who came out. Wonderful service. Each person I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. I knew the existing AC unit was undersized and no longer supported by the industry due to government regulation. The tonnage recommended by Rumpca aligned with my research. I thought I would need to go with a more costly SEER to meet my needs, but Jeff didn’t think the costlier option was necessary. It only took Zach and Travis a few hours to install the new unit. While they were at it, they sealed some pre-existing leaks and adjusted some settings on the furnace for optimal efficiency. The new Lennox AC unit is so much quieter and my house is wonderfully cool. Thank you Rumpca!

Had Rumpca out to diagnose and clean a clogged sewer line. They thoroughly tested and nailed down the issue quickly. Explained everything clearly to my wife and I. They took extra care to protect out carpet as they move tools in and out of the house. Cleared the issue quickly and verified everything was working as it should. Cleaned up like they were never here. I thought the cost was completely reasonable. Would absolutely use them again.

Furnace wouldn't start on a cold winter morning. Called in and they arrived within a few hours. They arrived early and quickly fixed the issue for a reasonable price.
