Rumpca was very quick to respond and did a fantastic job on my furnace and ac install. We had them relocate our ac to the other side of our house and it looks great. When they were done the cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there.

Our (very old) hot water heater started leaking suddenly. Rumpca was responsive, straight forward and efficient. Within 48 hours we had a new water heater installed. We are so appreciative as a family of 7. Friends got a quote for a 40 gallon replacement from a different company and paid the same as us while we upgraded to a 75 gallon! Great experience and would definitely recommend.

My furnace was making unusual noises. Rumpca had a technician immediately available. Josh carefully, fully examined the unit. Although there was no immediate failure of any part, Josh took maintenance actions to ensure that everything would continue to operate.
Rumpca is my go to HVAC and plumbing service provider because of their attention to detail.

Our 40 year old AC unit went out on of the hottest days, about a 100°F. Rumpca was quick to respond. We decided to replace condenser and evaporator with a new high efficiency unit rather than repair. It was a tough two weeks(other contractors were saying 4-5 weeks), but well worth the wait. One company we tried to contact never even returned our calls or messages. Jeff from Rumpca was great to work with, he Travis and Zack did an awesome job, very professional, high quality work. It's a very quiet Lennox 16 SEER AC unit. I'd give 6 out if 5 stars if possible. Very satisfied customer.

Josh from Rumpca Services came to our home to repair our A/C. He was professional and courteous and took the time to explain what had caused our A/C to fail. He replaced the part that had failed and also checked our thermostat, noting that one wire had never been connected, which he then connected for us. He did all this quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call Rumpca's again!

Absolutely loved the service provided. The guys were punctual, respectful, and very trustworthy. I was even able to leave my home while they worked so I could run needed errands. I love that they are local and that they are quick to respond. I am going to be in the need for a water softener very soon and I plan to go with Rumpca for my second service needs!

Rumpca Services came promptly and found out why the furnace wasn't operating. Rather than charging us for parts we didn't need, they explained how box elder bugs had entered the exhaust vent and totally blocked it, and caused the pressure switch to malfunction. The solution is to vacuum the exhaust vent where it attached to the furnace at the beginning of each heating season. It is so nice to work with someone who is honest and will take the time to share a quick tip to use next time. I am totally impressed!

We used Rumpca for plumbing. Our dishwasher and kitchen sinks were backing up. It started last night. I called this morning and they were out to my house within the hour. I am not sure if that is normal, but it was so nice to have my kitchen back. I run a daycare business and the gentleman was in and out within a half hour.

Rumpca has installed ducts in our basement family room and our gas fireplace 29 years ago. They have installed a new furnace and air conditioner since then and most recently repaired our furnace and gas fireplace. They are professional, on time, and very responsive for emergency needs. They are reasonable and the only business I would hire for your heating, cooling, and gas fireplace repairs or
installation.
