I needed a new water line installed where my new refridgerator was going to be installed. The team was very thorough checking the specs of the new fridge that has not yet arrived. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. They explained everything and added a shut off valve to be safer. The charge was very reasonable. I love this company.

Rumpca Services always responds quickly when we have a service need. Their technicians are professional in every respect of the word. They never exaggerate the problem and always look for lower cost solutions before recommending more expensive repairs. Best of all, they show up when they say they will. Rumpca is our go-to source for HVAC repairs and service.

Rumpca Services installed our Lennox High Efficiency furnace and AC 10 years ago now and have done the routine maintainence on them both since installation. We have had the furnace and AC serviced every 12 to 18 months and we have never had any problems with either unit.
Rumpca has always been easy to schedule an appointment and are always on time. The service persons are actually the same people who installed the furnace 10 years ago. I guess that is a sign of a either a reliable employee or a reliable employer. The service personel are always professional and clean up after themselves when completing the job.

I hired Rumpca Services to install a heat recovery ventilator in my home. When I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, his knowledge of HRVs was evident. Jeff came out to look at everything and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a good amount of time working with me on how to best install this system and the ducting and going over every question I had.

The estimate I received was very detailed and clear, and the final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. I was extremely pleased with the prompt follow-up at every step of the process, the communication was excellent.

The installation went very smoothly and there were no surprises. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They took care to protect my flooring and kept things neat. The city inspector complimented the job that the installers did.

Needed to replace a leaking water heater. Called Rumpca after hours and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The installers showed up on-time, were polite, professional and fast. I had a new water heater in a few hours and am very pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again.

I have worked with Rumpca services to install a new hot water heater, and also for maintenance on my furnace. For the furnace repair, the repairman came the next day. For the water heater, someone came within the hour to discuss options with me, and the new heater was installed 24 hours later. Their workers are professional and knowledgeable. AND! After the furnace repair (in October), the service man noticed that I had accidentally been overcharged by $1. I told him not to worry about it, and completely forgot about it. But when the water heater was replaced in May, Rumpca remembered the $1 credit and handed me a dollar bill.

Apparently, Rumpca also installed my furnace in 2006, before I bought my house, and that one repair in the only one it's needed in 14 years, which means they sell quality products.

Rumpca always is easy to schedule. Josh has checked my AC every 2 years since 2018. He is thorough & easy to work with. Rumpca is only plumbing service I will call

Update: We used Rumpka again, this time for our ac unit that had failed on a very hot evening. The technician that came out was kind and in and out in less then a half hour, he had one capacitor to replace. I see the bill and get sticker shock. There is no breakdown of the costs incurred - from the amount of labor right down to the materials purchased. I looked up the cost of the capacitor, it was $11. They should tell you there is a minimum trip charge of $197 before coming: They should provide you with receipts of materials purchased/used. Not just try and tell you it was exactly $100 in materials, a clearly made up number.
