I discovered a toilet leak just before I was going to head out of town on vacation. They were already booked for the day but took my number and told me they would call if one of their plumbers was running ahead of schedule. I got a call in the afternoon that Zach had finished his scheduled calls early and could fit me in. He showed up 15 minutes later and remounted my toilet with a new wax ring and flange. Despite some difficulties caused by a quirky original installation, he did a great job quickly and at a reasonable cost. Athough it wasn't a real emergency, it's great to be able to leave on vacation knowing I won't have to come home to an unresolved problem.

We can not say enough good things about Rumpca! Our AC went down during the recent hot spell and we were scheduled for an upcoming baby shower and out of state guests. After reaching out to a couple of Lennox dealers, we realized we should have started with Rumpca. Not only did they get someone out to our house same day (which no one else would do). We had our AC fixed in less than 24 hours after our initial call. The tech Josh was very knowledgeable and a great service attitude. We will now make Rumpca our FIRST
CALL every time for all our HVAC needs.

The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a few tips regarding maintenance that I could do and found a small area mice had gotten into the unit, sealed up the area, and replaced corroded wires. I was pleasantly surprised and will be using Rumpca again in the future. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. Great experience!

Responsive and attentive service. Furnace, A/C, and Water Heater replacement accomplished quickly and with minimal disruption of home life (entire project completed in one morning!). Fair and more than competitive pricing. Impressive customer service, highest recommendation possible.

Rumpca replaced a toilet flange and U-joint feeding into the main stack pipe of my 75-year-home and re-seated and re-sealed the toilet. The technician was available an hour earlier than originally estimated: he was friendly and efficient and really seemed to take pride in his work, accounting for updates in part and pipe specs between 1947 and 2022. He completed the work for Rumpca’s reasonable estimated cost (and Rumpca initially provided the estimate for free as well!); he left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived; and Rumpca was flexible when it came to payment options. Our household has used Rumpca Services for decades: over the years, I’ve priced around for this project and others, and Rumpca is where I’ve ended up. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy, reliable plumbing/HVAC company so nearby!

I was extremely impressed with the entire process. They called a 1/2 hour before and arrived 10 minutes early. They went to work immediately and accomodated a couple of minor requests my husband had. I was also impressed that instead of them leaving all the stuff in the driveway until the end of the job it was cleaned up throughout the day and taken away. They sent in the rebates that were available for me and scheduled the inspection for the city - all completed within 24 hours of them completing the service. I have used Rumpca many times in the past but never had such a big project for them. We originally chose them due to being a local business. Based on our 1st experience I just go straight to them now for any of our needs and never have been disappointed in their service. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful & knowledgeable.

We had a leak around the dial in the shower. We arranged for the plumber and he came out for repair.
We had to replace the valve. It took awhile due to the frozen fitting.
Plumber with his knowledge and experience had it taken care of for us.

Basement flooded, and I called the next day. They sent a technician four hours later and less than two hours later the problem was fixed! Professional service, on time and great price!

The guys were on time, friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely use Rumpca again in the future. The first time I called Rumpca the lady on the phone was very nice. She suggested some things to try first when my central air wasn't working. Unfortunately none of those things worked but I appreciated the suggestions and that won me over with this company. My central air unit was 35 years old and needed replacement. Rumpca did a great job replacing the AC, fixing up some duct work and fixing some water shut off valve issues. Thank you Rumpca!
