My water heater stopped working last night. I called the emergency number and a technician was out first thing the following morning. My unit needed to be replaced and was done right away. I am very pleased with the prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

They came to check out my garage heater and got it working again. They told me what the problem was and gave me my options to ket me decide on the permanent fix. They were punctual and very professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

They were super helpful and responsive when I called, and were able to get someone out during a snow storm. Matt was great (as other reviews had shared) and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He had the drain fixed in no time. Totally saving this number if I ever have another plumbing issue. 😀

They did an amazing job and will definitely use them anytime I have issues with pipes and the heating system!

Josh came to look at my air conditioner that was broken down. He was able to find the issue and correct the problem in minutes. He took the time to give me a quick run down on the issue and some things we can do to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I have used Rumpca a couple of times and each time I have been truly satisfied. Love getting my appliances fixed while utilizing the small businesses. They are awesome..

We had a very positive experience with Rumpca. After calling and getting few responses from other plumbers, Rumpca was extremely communicative from the get go and had a person out to the house for non emergency work within a day. Matt was fantastic. A true professional craftsman. He was very personable yet worked hard and fast and was attentive to our plumbing needs. Just all around great experience. It’s been a few years since Rumpca Services installed a brand new furnace and central air AC unit for us but I finally wanted to write this review to support this amazing company.

Our home of 15 years finally needed a complete new install of heating and cooling. After shopping around and getting multiple estimates from many companies in the metro, we decided to go with Rumpca Service INC. because of their professionalism and knowledge of the situation.

First Jeff came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate with options. He drew up a diagram of our home inside and out with what would specifically fit our needs while being energy efficient.

Once we settled on a plan, we scheduled a date for the install. Travis and Zach, the two technicians were great. They worked hard explaining any issues or questions we had. In two days, they completed the installation. Later when we wanted to add a dual multiple zones for our home, they came back and accomplished the job with no issues.

It’s been about 4 years now, and there has been no problems whatsoever during the hot summer months or the cold Minnesota winter days. We have been extremely satisfied with their quality craftsmanship and customer service. We now recommend them to anyone of our family and friends who need HVAC work. Our cousin who purchased a home in Woodbury listened to our advice and also had his new home installed furnace and AC a few years back.

This company and employees are trustworthy, quality, and wonderful human beings to work with for all your home needs. We believe in them and their terrific Lennox products. Rumpca Services INC. is truly the best HVAC company in Minnesota.

I called them to service my furnace. They came out a looked at my furnace for like 2 seconds and said it needed to be completely replaced and it couldn't be serviced. Then left and emailed me a quote for $7,092 for a new furnace. I felt like they were just trying to hustle me so turned down the new furnace and they sent me a bill for $205. For what? It wasn't serviced. Be warned apparently just getting a quote costs $205.
