Very quick response and problems resolved satisfactorily. We will use this service again. My husband has a list. They are my go to for plumbing problems and I given their number to neighbors.

Very quick to respond to my needs. I had a plumber out within a couple hours of my call to fix the leaking toilet. He had the parts in his vehicle and was done in a responsible time. He kept me update and explained all costs up front prior to doing the work, giving me the choice of fixing now or delaying the work.

Over the course of 20+ years, Rumpca has installed a new furnace in my old house, provided regular service on another used furnace, A/C, and gas fireplace for the past 18 years. Last week I was more than happy to pay them to replace that 20 some year old furnace, A/C, water heater, and I added a humidifier. The professionalism, expertise, cost, and great customer service is well worth the investment of these important appliances. I couldn't be happier with any company and I will gladly use them again in the future and refer anyone with these needs to Rumpca Services Inc. We have used Rumpca for repairs in the past and have always found them to be very responsive in coming out. They arrive when they say they will and call when they are on the way. When we recently replaced our air conditioning and heating units, the team that did the work were professional, on task, and informative on explaining the new systems to us.

I contacted several companies about installing a ductless mini split AC system in my parents house, but no one seemed interested in doing the installation. Thankfully, we found Rumpca. I called after trying to repair myself. After 3 days if trouble shooting my water heater issue I was desperate. Rumpca Services responded same day and we had hot water again. These guys are always dependable!

The gentleman came out and did an outstanding job. He changed 4 water taps. He updated them all and he installed a flange underneath the toilet. My hat’s off to him for the fine job he did. It takes an exceptional person to do what he does. He was fast and efficient.

Our sink was clogged at a point we were unable to reach. Technician fixed problem and replaced a portion of existing pipe that was installed improperly by builder in less than one hour. He was courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable for service that was provided.

I had a crack in a water line.. which proceeded to shoot water all around my basement during the holiday; Matt showed up and saved the day!! he is my Hero.. Thank you !
