    Chris and Adam arrived to install our AC unit right on time. They were incredibly efficient and respectful, especially given the complexity of being in our house during COVID-19. Following installation of our AC unit, they cleaned our ducts and vents in a timely manner. We were happy with how genuine and kind they were while providing us with a much-needed service. Thanks so much to K&S Heating, especially Chris and Adam, for the great work and nice, cool, comfortable home we now have :)

    Got a second opinion on an AC repair from K&S. The technician did a great job of explaining things and was very patient. He seemed very honest and gave straightforward answers. The repeair ended up being less than anticipated and it was overall a great customer experience.

    Horrible communication trying to schedule/talk with providers. Had 2 different technicians come out that diagnosed the wrong problem every single time. Went without AC for over 2+ weeks because this was the only company we could work with based on our insurance. Would not recommend to anyone who actually could choose a different business.

    Got a new furnace installed last Fall and was very pleased with the installation. 1 tech initially came but he needed help removing my old unit, so had a delay while we waited for the reinforcements to arrive. Once they arrived the install went very quickly except that I had to have an electrician come on a separate visit to finish the wiring. I forgot about that until I went into the utility closet quite some time later, but when I called again, an electrician came quickly and wrapped up the work very efficiently.

    My furnace went out this winter and given the cost it would take to repair it, it was more cost effective to go with a new unit. I received estimates from several HVAC contractors and was surprised to find that I was able to get new high efficiency Lennox furnace from K&S for less than some competitors were charging for 80%ers!! Eric was thoughtful and attentive to what our family desired for comfort, and the installers were polite, professional and did a stellar job installing the new equipment. Very happy overall with our experience, and I would recommend K&S to anyone in need of next level comfort.

    Adam and Chris did a outstanding performance installing my new A/C and new furnace. Very pleased with the work done. Only took 4 hours total. Would recommend them to anyone.

    K&S did a fantastic job tuning up my furnace and AC. Their technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to let me know what was going on with both of my units.     We had A/C and Furnace installed by Chris and Travis. They were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, did the removal and install and cleaned up after it was complete. I would recommend K&S and Chris and Travis to anyone that needs their services.

    Tarik came out and arrived early to fix our AC. He was courteous, professional and explained the problem we were having very thoroughly. He had us up and running within 30 minutes and did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend.

    Insanely disappointed with this company. They completely ripped us off. We had furnace issues... so we called them. They came out, got it back working and then the next day it was out. I think the young kid had to come out 3 times. The 3rd time he recommended we needed something replaced. Our furnance was only 2 years old and mentioned it should be under warranty. Then he proceeded to mention that our unit must have been a stolen unit because there was no serial number (basically accusing the guy who installed it as a thief.) so before the kid installed the piece he told me if I can find the serial number to call back and they will make sure to refund our warranty. (He received managers approval.) We paid them $750. I’ve called 4 times and haven’t received one call back. Requested to have a manager call me back and nothing. Finally, my husband called and was able to to speak to the manager and he said there’s nothing he can do for us. This was 5+ months ago. To me this seems like stealing?!

    I wouldn’t recommend working with this company at all.
