New air conditioner! Yay! The install had an issue, and the company sent someone out the next morning for a fix, no additional charges for the second team to come out. Well done and we are thrilled.

They are expensive and wanted to buy without doing marketing and i said ok i just wanted to check another place and see if there i can find good price and both items i needed? When i went other places there were price difference but they were saying that the items will take time to come because they will be ordering for me, i just decided to go and buy the item from Mike heating and cooling and i told my wife that when we go back you will see the manager or owner will say it sold and will not give us, when we went there he says the same and didn't sell the item and he lied to us. They want to sell their items and lies to the customer that Furnace is not repairable and has to replace etc. They tried to me as well to sell and in the mid season of winter they didn't fix my furnace and gave me $2,700.00 estimate and says this can't be fixed or restart, i went to the home Depot and purchased the small part and $10 + fixed it since 2011 till now the same furnace working great, they are cheaters!

These morons needs to learn about punctuality and customer care. They have an operation time for their store but they insult customers by closing their store when they want. These types of business practices are shame to our country. If you decide to go to their shop based on time they have displayed, do not be surprised to see a closed building. The way you operate the store proves me that the negative comments about your services are true.

Called to schedual appt. Woman said they would have a truck out tommow between noon and 4. No call no show - my wife missed a day at the beach with her family. Do not use this buisness. Apparently they do not know how to schedule or use the telephone to cancel an appointments.

My experience was always great. Prompt services no wait. All techs were very curteous.

Easy to book an appointment online. My technician that came out was great... Very knowledgeable...

Horrible company. The guy mark was mean self centered not a care in the world but MONEY. A new water heater should never cost 1450 dollars no matter what day it is. See yah later hope you get no business

They are the best - very honest and professional and always do the job right - in an emergency they come out immediately and for standard issues you can schedule within a few days and they are always prompt - would highly recommend them to anyone

Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. We had central air with all the ductwork installed in a home heated by a boiler. Done on schedule and cleaned up well also.

They treated my home with respect and were very knowledgeable. They assisted with my thermostat walkthrough and were very friendly. I would recommend them.
