Our old AC broke again on a hot weekend. Mikes came out, got it up and running for the weekend and installed a new unit on Monday. Great help over the phone, great service with the install. Could not be happier with their customer service helping out with a payment plan, and Paul, Conner and Chris’s attention to detail with the repair and installation. Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, it turned into requiring a new furnace after I was shown a cracked heat ex-changer, and reviewed in detail with Mike's staff.
The staff at Mike's were at my home at 11AM to diagnose new furnace required, explained the very competitive estimate thoroughly, and the energy credits they handle for you. Then, had a crew there an hour later and out by 5:00PM fully installed! Warm and cozy again in below zero temperatures!
I highly recommend the outstanding staff and quality service you receive from Mike's Heating and Cooling. They are trustworthy and professional! By recommendation from my parents, who have used them for years for furnace and air conditioning replacement, I definitely made the right choice, without question!
Also, on a side note, after discussion with a few friends, that have had many estimates from others in the area, and other providers replace their furnace recently, I reaffirmed I made the correct first choice, as their costs were higher and of a lesser quality brand name.

I’m sad that they are not in my area because the knowledge, advice, and professionalism I received on that phone call was amazing. The technician (I should have gotten his name) spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining everything and offering advice even after knowing that I was out of his service area. Thank you guys!!!
This company was recommended to me by another company that was unable to repair my furnace. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and get my problem addressed. This was the third contractor I had out, after the first one said something absurd, second one did not work with our furnace but referred us here. Mike’s Heating & Cooling was professional and courteous, they told me what to expect and how much the repair would be, which was a lot less than the first contractor we had out. I would definitely do business with them again. They are our new go-to.

He then came back and told me he needed to charge me $50 more to handle the home warranty. Once he found out that they would cover $700 towards a repair or new unit he proceeded to try and sell me a new unit. Mike's might have gotten a sale and future service work if they didn't take advantage of me for the additional $50. I saved a lot more than the $50 by going with Randazzo Heating and Cooling.

I called first thing the following morning and they were very quick to send out someone. The service technician was Billy Smith and he was great. It took him little time to fix the simple item. He educated me on what the issue was helped me understand why it happened. The price was VERY reasonable. I wanted to use someone local and I'm glad I did. They are now my new go to company for any HVAC needs. I have also recommended them to my family and friends in the area. Keep up the great work!!

The technitian was so quick at it checked said needed replacement and gave me a quote along with the rebates and recall information. Mike called and said it can be installed tomorrow. I read Mikes reviewes(so misleading) and it said Mike is a ripoff and go to Family Heating and they can be 1000 bucks lower. I cancelled the next day installation(my apologies to Mike) called Family. Family heating overall was taking 2 weeks for the work to be complete at $200 less which was not worth it. I had to remind Family if I can get the rebate from Carrier and they were not sure. I called Mike apologized and had him intall at his conveninece. Mike asked me for couple more days and I was ok.
I called Mike's on the recommendation of my girlfriend's parents who had them replace their furnace. Her parents were very pleased with the service.
Mark came out for my furnace repair. He was extremely friendly and helpful, showed me how to clean my flame sensor, and had the other part I needed available on the truck. He took the time to explain my HVAC situation in a way that was easy to understand. Fast and friendly, would recommend.
This company is not honest. Mark came to my home to take a look at my furnace. Said we needed a new secondary heat exchange. He told me that it would cost about $1200 to replace the part and since I’m already spending that kind of money, I should think about replacing the whole unit, which would run about $4000. I then called Family Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They quoted me $500 to replace the secondary heat exchange and $3000 for a new unit. Don’t trust this company!!! They will over charge you.
