Mike's Heating & Cooling

Mike is awesome! He give fair pricing on his services and his honest opinion on whether your system needs something or not. He is quick with getting back to you and comes out at times that are best for you. He has fixed both my furnace and AC in the past year we have owned our home. We will definitely be calling him for any future needs.

Mike is everything you would want in a serviceman - pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable. He is a one-man show - when you call, you always get the boss, and it is always the boss doing your work - all of it. He can do it all, but his knowledge of fuel oil furnaces and the intricate nozzle adjustments required to get the highest efficiency out of a given furnace is worth mentioning. It is getting harder and harder to find competent servicemen for the old fuel oil furnaces that are still heating rural America, and if you need one, he is your man!

If you don't like Mike from the start, there's something you need to get looked into.
He is the guy that gives the AMERICAN working man and "small" business owner a great name.

He didn't answer his phone on Friday noonish, but called with in two hours.
After meeting him and experiencing his work I am surprised he has time to answer it at all.
Mike wanted to come by Friday afternoon to see what he could do.

Have you ever heard of such a thing? I told him it was my wife's birthday.
That's right I turned him down. How many others would tell you you're out of luck.
He said he would be over at 10 am Saturday, he arrived on time. He wasted no time getting to work.
He understood I needed him to hook up the outside unit I purchased. NO other company I spoke to could get to it for a minimum of two weeks or would consider doing the job with my equipment.

Mike without missing a beat answered my questions while continuing the work at hand.
He educated me on cleaning the equipment, I didn't know that during my regular cleaning I had been missing the coils so yeah 20 years of accumulated stuff...gross.

I rarely give 5 stars, as that would indicate no room for improvement.

I highly and enthusiastically recommend Mike's heating and cooling.

Mike's knowledge of my horizontal furnace was right on. He targeted the issue immediately and ordered the replacement part. He also gave me insight into its current condition which pleased me greatly...

Called and Mike called back promptly. He said he would be out at a time and was accurate. Spent an hour repairing and serviceing. Very polite, educated me. Showed me prevention methods. Very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience with mike, came out at 11:00pm on a weeknight when we had no heat to get our furnace running. Will definitely use again.
