The Mechanical Extreme's team is great to work with, the office staff is always so happy and pleasurable to talk to. The crews that have been on site are top notch, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. I was a service customer for many years of them squeezing the life out of my previous system before having them replace my AC/ Furnace and HotWater. I highly recommend Mechanical Extremes Heating & Cooling LLC. My air conditioner was freezing up and I called them to schedule an appointment. They worked with me on my scheduling and the day of the appointment I had to cancel and they were very responsive on getting back to me to reschedule. They sent me texts and email to remind me about my appt. I was even able to cancel my appt by responding to both and they sent me an email on what they had available on the days I was available. Colin was the tech and we were notified of who was coming and a picture of him which was awesome. He checked out everything and was able to get my air running again. He was very friendly and professional, and told us what he was doing or going to do. I will definitely do business with them again when needed.

They were quick to give me a quote came with in a couple of days to install it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I just am very well pleased and will recommend them to all the one I know or anyone who needs AC or furnace work

The first visit, 5yrs ago ac capacitor and stop leak, happy faces, 2nd saved me in the dead of winter with new furnace. Now they got ac working after failed 4to5 wire. My goto for professionalism & price. 😀Thank you.

Technician came out and said issue with boiler was fixed but it wasn't I had no heat less than 24 hrs later. Called technician back out and he misdiagnosed the issue and said we needed a whole new boiler. Left us without heat saying there were no parts to fix issue which found out later was untrue. Called another company and they were right out rediagnosed the issue had us up and running in an hour. This was a month ago and still no issues with this new company's work. I had dealt with mechanical extremes for five year and had been happy with their service even though it sometimes took a few visits to fix a problem. Worst part was I had to pay for this last service call even though they didn't resolve our issue. Company I was with for five years didn't fix my issue no guarantee on their work turned me into collections for a bill less than $200 for a problem they never resolved. I had refused to pay the bill for this reason and asked for a guarantee of their work but they never reached back out to me to discuss the issue. Just stopped sending me the bill so I thought it was resolved until a month later a collections letter. I always paid my bills to them promptly and was always a pleasant client to work with. cPoor ustomer service and unknowledable technicians make this a company I refuse to call again.

Our service person was Ben. He arrived on time and was very professional and so kind. I would definitely recommend Mechanical Extremes. They do a great job.
