Company was prompt with providing a clear, thorough estimate. When I decided to move forward they were also very prompt in scheduling, they arrived right when they said they would and were done in a reasonable amount of time. Team was professional and courteous, I would certainly user them again for anything that comes up that they can help with.

We called for help in the early afternoon because our furnace was blowing cold air. Trevor came by our house that same afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. Great service, professional and reasonable price. Would recommend to others.

I was happy with the fast service and especially the tech that came out. He explained everything as he went along. I only needed a wall thermostat replaced and my old one was no longer available. He brought along an old model in case I didn't want the new wifi style. Since we heat with wood and don't need all the features of the fancier thermostat I opted for the older one. They came out same day we called in on our hot water heater & repaired it at the fraction of the cost of a new one. Staff is very professional, skilled & friendly.

I had my air conditioning unit stop working and brought in Mechanical Extremes to look it over. Harold did not push me in any direction but simply provided for me options. I decided to not put a new air unit onto a 24 year old furnace so replaced both air and heat. Harold also identified my cold air return was inadequate and how that problem could be fixed. I could not be happier with my new system. First time with new system this summer and have been amazed with my electrical savings. I am saving between $80 to $120 a month all summer with the house consistently holding temperature throughout the day. I am totally happy with the unit, the install and the company.
