I would not use this business for the simple fact every morning on my way to work whomever is the first one there in the big truck tailgates me close enough where I cannot see the front of his truck all I can see are headlights blinding me. That's very unprofessional and dangerous as everyday he blinds me until he pulls into the parking lot. Unsure how to reply to your reply so i will include here. It became your review when the driver does it daily all the way to your entrance then slowly pulls in trying to entice me to tyrn around. That is why its your review your employee cares that little about you that they would attempt to bring grief to your doorstep. You hire people like that? This experience of installing a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat, was absolutely first class all the way. From the owners, Harold and Stacey, to the installers, Ivan and James, to the office receptionist, Robin, who kept us calm and was so kind, when we were struggling with our old furnace dying during temps that were in single digits.
We will never worry about getting excellent service from this amazing business. Our heating and cooling needs are in good hands and we can count on them! That is high praise indeed, because they were tested during a very difficult time for us, and they came through with flying colors!

Aaron, the on-site technician, responded almost immediately to my after-hours/emergency heating situation. He was very personable and professional; and provided explanations and answers to all of my questions. My furnace has been running great ever since. I highly recommend him to others.

Mechanical Extremes installed the GeoThermal and all new ducting ten years ago. We had our first service call just now and the condensate line was cleaned. Simple and something we can keep an eye on in the future. Timely response, accurate diagnosis, efficient and reasonable repair. what more can you ask for?!
