My furnace was damaged during a power surge they came out and evacuated everything replaced the circuit board only to find out the blower motor was blown they searched everywhere only to be told it would be there in 3 days but due to the holiday and another storm it was delayed but after we had an additional storm they were there early as possible to replace it I was very pleased with the service and customer support

Outstanding service for the Pontiac area. Jeremy was very professional and was very interested in our current dilemma of a failed furnace not firing up. After some troubleshooting he isolated a bad limit switch. He was able to locate a replacement, went to go get it and returned to install it. We now have heat. Thank you Jeremy for your expertise.

The gentlemen that installed our air conditioner were very respectful, timely and considerate to ensure their work did not disrupt me while I worked in another room. The guys had to come back a second day to complete the install and took the time to inquire how the new unit was performing to ensure we were satisfied. Very much appreciated the customer service and genuine interest to confirm our expectations were being met.

From the beginning office manager Kevin was empathetic and caring. He said he could tell by my voice how upset I was. I had another hvac company tell me my furnace was sound and certified it. Only to find d out o had a C02 leak. I tried many hvac companies to assist me in the financial portion of the process and was denied by all. My credit was maxed out and not enough cash on hand to pay for a new furnace, AC. And hotwater tank. Kevin went above and beyond the norms of customer service to help me get the hvac system I needed. My house was maintaining a temperature of 58 degrees and finally on November 2nd I had the respectful and professional crew of Colonial Heating come out and replace everything I needed. Now we're warm and toasty and have hot water to take showers. Kevin even called me the next day to find out how everything was working. Thank you all again and God Bless You!

I had a great experience with Colonial. They were on time, came out right away, and communicated with me throughout the process. My repair tech, Anthony, was professional, friendly, and fixed my issue very quickly. It was obvious talking to him that he enjoys his job and he enjoys helping people.
