As part of my Consumer Energy appliance protection plan, Colonial Heating and Cooling is the contractor for my service. They were very prompt in coming out to assess the issue and in ordering parts. There appeared to be some delay with the parts shipment to my home and they called me several times to make sure everything was on track. Great and fast service to resolve my issue. Highly recommended!

Four times they came out and misdiagnosed the freezer issue. They didnt even remove the door so as to clearly diagnose the problem. Tiffany however, get 5 stars and you should give her a raise because she desires to do a good job for the customer. She is the only technician to remove the door and completley access the freezer. All of you request Tiffany, I know I will if I ever use Colonial again.
