Colonial came out and fixed my furnace the same day I called. The tech who came out was incredibly helpful, and extremely nice. I'll definitely go with these guys if anything ever goes wrong again.

Jeremy was a little behind the scheduled time on Monday, but called and communicated that with us to diagnosis the problem.

On Friday he was there during the window that gave us, and we had our heat back shortly after he arrived.

Company communicated very well keeping us up to date on what was going on.
