Austin went above and beyond to make sure our dryer was back up and running and answering any questions I had. Quick turn around to get someone out here too! Would definitely recommend!!

I was very happy with the service Colonial gave me. Steve was very helpful on the phone Saturday afternoon and Josh came Saturday night instead of on Sunday as Consumers had scheduled. Had to wait a few days for the parts for our water heater but we got them yesterday and Jeremy came out and replaced them for us. All round service was very good.

Arrived toward the tail end of the window, and discovered the shorted wire in under 20 minutes. In contrast, I invested 4 hours over 2 days prior to calling to clean ducts and replace thermal fuses to my dryer. He declined to charge me a penny for the time it took him to identify and strip down the wire to ensure there was enough copper to reinsert. I recommend this company as a highly ethical business. Our oven was not working the gentleman that came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, which was delivered to our house the next day. The same serviceman came back that day and installed the new part or parts and has worked fine since.

Our furnace needed to be replaced & Colonial Heating & Cooling came out the same day to give us an estimate and then came out the following day to install so we could have immediate heat. And followed up in a week to complete the installation process. They were very sufficient and professional. After completion they explained everything they did; they come highly recommended!

They were sent out by DTEs repair service contract to replace the regulatir on the hot water tank. They were great, explained everything. They even called back immediately when I was having issues with air in the line. I woul definitely call them for service directly if I needed it.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He promptly fixed the pressure switch on my furnace and had it up and running after ordering and picking up the part. Thanks again Marco!

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve - burners would not stay lit and blower was blowing cool air. DTE appliance program referred it to Colonial Heating and Cooling, and technician Jeremy came out. He was great! Jeremy quickly diagnosed and repaired all problems, including one that’s been on-going for years and other techs were not able to resolve. The parts were on his truck so no need to reschedule a return visit and that was really appreciated. I have no problem recommending Colonial based on my experience.

These guys were fantastic. I had my furnace replaced. They put drop cloths everywhere they were walking and were very professional. I highly recommend Colonial Heating and Cooling for any issues you have with your heating and cooling.
