Great Lakes Ace

The associates here aren't very helpful. An item I was interested showed it was in stock but I couldn't find it. I asked multiple associates and both said the system showed over 10 on hand. They both just said the count must be off. One said they had a shipment delivered yesterday and it could be there but didn't even offer to go look and basically told me I was out of luck. Clearly they just didn't want to have to look for it. Won't be going to this location again.

The kid there looked pretty disinterested in my return. He then was pretty disinterested when I came back through to buy something. That whole interaction was a bit aggravating.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, neat and organized layout. I like these kinds of small stores where the employees are very in tune with the store and advice.

Rude staff, unprofessional and argumentative supervisor. If your return policy says, "We will refund ANY item with original receipt within 90days" ... then don't be rude to a customer trying to do so, just because you don't like it! Will gladly take my business elsewhere now. Thank you.

Every lake is fun..it's just depends on the cleanliness

I absolutely love going here! So clean! Staff is always friendly and informative. I've yet to get into an aisle without staff greeting me and offering assistance!
