Used this company to purchase a hard-to-get product. They were out of stock but found it very quickly for me and kept me informed on the delivery date. Simply amazing customer service and have to say that I am impressed. Highly recommend these guys!

I called THC due to my ac system not working. They were able to send someone out the same day to diagnose the problem and was able to start working on the issue the next day. I had the pleasure of working with Finlay and Brenton. They both were very professional and very hard workers. They took into consideration that I had a young child in the home and due to the unbearable hot weather they worked very late the first day to get my AC system back working so that my home would be cool and comfortable for my baby. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may have trouble with their heating or cooling system.

Very pleased with my experience with Technical Hot & Cold. I was searching for an ECM blower motor, or at least the control module, for my Carrier X13. When I searched on the website, the part number had changed 4 times. I reached out to THC to be sure I was getting the correct part for my unit and Sara Udell, the parts supervisor, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of my questions and assured me of the correct part. That was a big deal, as I am not an HVAC tech, just a homeowner who tackled troubleshooting and fixing my unit. I placed the order online and it arrived when they said it would. Installation was smooth and the part fit perfectly. It's been running about a week and so far, so good! Overall, great experience. Will definitely use them again in the future!

very fast response - the part I needed showed in stock, but unfortunately it was actually on backorder, but I was informed within the first several hours of the next business day and told an ETA and that they would update the part status as backorder with an ETA date.

I want to give a shoutout to Brigitte from Parts Specialist. Brigitte contacted me in the first half of the business day. I asked that my order be canceled as my folks had already been without heat for 2 weeks already and decided on paying more with another company to get the part immediately. In my search I ran across some sites without SSL security (scary stuff!) and even worse I unsuccessfully attempted to order from several other websites that showed in stock, but my order was canceled without explanation or was told the item was out of stock. The more expensive websites NEVER updated their status from in stock to backorder.

After scouring the web I reached out to Brigitte to let her know that I would be ordering the part from Technical Hot & Cold and wanted to know if there was an update on the ETA as it had been several days. To my surprise she wrote back to me within the FIRST hour of the business day and informed me that an old shipment was arriving THAT DAY and if I ordered TODAY that the part would be at UPS by end of day!

Brendan from THC was able to come same day within an hour of calling and was able to diagnose the problem super easily. He was able to put in a quick fix. It's hard these days to 100% trust companies to not try to upsell you or potentially lie about the problem to pad the bill. You do NOT have to worry about that with THC, which is the #1 worry people have with any diagnostic work in your house.

Brendan was super friendly, down to earth, and was very cordial with our pet as well. If any issues ever come up with our HVAC, we will definitely be calling THC, and requesting Brendan if we can! Absolutely 5 star service, and happy to know we have an HVAC company we can trust from now on :) thanks again!
