Was struggling with poor service and professionalism among a few various companies and reps to select the correct HVAC unit for a commercial building. Eventually got in contact with Bob Compton from Technical Hot & Cold. What a monumentally refreshing experience. Bob is a highly skilled professional, with excellent knowledge of HVAC, and an even better guy to work with. He helped me to select the perfect unit, which is performing flawlessly. If you’re looking for the best, and an excellent customer service experience, look no further than Bob Compton from THC.
We were so pleased with this company. Our tech, Brennan was extremely thorough when looking at our furnace. We've been doing a lot of work on our house and haven't had great luck with companies lately so we appreciate the professionalism. Would definitely recommend...
Came in a reasonable time frame and service was performed well. Technician was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Would consider calling again with any problems.
Our furnace went out in the freezing cold snow storm and our repairman couldn't get a new valve for over a week. I scoured the ends of the earth trying to find a replacement valve but it was out of stock everywhere until I came across Technical Hot & Cold. They didn't have my valve available but they made phone calls to other vendors to find it for me! Then helped me get it overnighted. I've never experienced better customer service. What a company!!!!
Parts Department is "Out of this World". I contacted Technical Hot and Cold to see if I could purchase 2 Chilled Water Evaporator Coils for 2 20year old Carrier units. I have searched high and low over the internet, speaking with and submitting documentation on these units to several company's, only to be informed that there was NO way to get coils for units this old. I spoke with Mykel Doyle at TH&C and he informed me that he would get back with me. A short time later, Mykel emailed me that he had located the coils for me and quoted me a very reasonable price. Mykel went above and beyond to get me what I needed. "Kuddos" Technical Hot & Cold, and thank you for your time and effort.

Brandon and Finley did a great job putting a humidifier on my furnace. Clean, professional, and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody.
I needed HVAC parts and ordered them online. I clicked the extra charge for 2 day air and was spending close to $1000. I needed the parts quickly as I had no working heat. Once I put my card # in my order was confirmed. It thanks me and gives me an order #. The following day, I was thanked via email for placing my order. I did not scroll down and read the entire email (guilty) Turns out it was not ordered until I confirmed it with a reply via email. It stated, Due to fraudulent orders they needed a reply to confirm my order. When does the consumer confirm their own order? Is that not what you are doing when you order and give a card #. Cancelled my order.. I have not got confirmation on cancellation. When you buy or book something online, you click and as long as payment is good you are done. Bought. Is that not the way it works with technical hot/cold? Apparently?not?
