Technical Hot & Cold

Seem to be well stocked with spare parts for older furnace and AC units. Great place, will work with them again if need more work on my furnaces or AC units.

Our furnace stopped working on a very cold night and Finlay and his assistant got out here first thing in the morning the week of Thanksgiving. They has to get a part which they tracked down and by 2 pm we had heat again. They did a great job and stayed on it to make sure we got our heat back. I highly recommend these guys for your needs

I asked if I could get a manual for a certain HVAC product and Sara responded in a timely fashion and provided this very manual.

I ordered the part and paid for a 2 day express delivery and it took 8 days to get it I hope the part works

Fantastic overnight service. Snowstorm tomorrow, the furnace ignitor went out yesterday. Heat today with a perfect fit part. Blessings from Wisconsin!

I called to verify the part was correct for the application and the sales staff was very helpful. I then ordered the part overnight expecting to see it in a couple days. Sure enough it was there by the next morning. This is amazing considering I live in the middle of nowhere in West Texas and they are based in the Detroit area. Excellent service. Air stopped working on hottest day. These guys were great from responding right away to our call and getting us an appointment. The service and was quick, efficient and professional. Our Service Tech Brent was great. Got right to it and his easy going personality was inviting! I recommend!!
