THC was quick to respond when my heat went out and came to inspect my furnace within a hour. The tech Matt was very professional and willing to teach and explain what went wrong with my furnace. After spending a few minutes diagnosing the problem, he went out for the part and had our furnace running quickly. I appreciated how he took the time to be thorough and checked all of the safety features of the furnace. Pricing was fair and worth it to have heat quickly. Would recommend their service.

Our tech Finlay went above and beyond to fix our geothermal system when the heat had an issue. He was professional, communicative, trustworthy, and diagnosed our issue quickly and correctly. He was able to get us the part we needed in only a few days- and even went out during the repair and during an ice storm to get what he needed and get the job done. I would highly recommend THC and Finley for any heating and cooling needs- they were fantastic.

After another company tried numerous times to repair my furnace before they decided it had to be replaced, I asked for some credit on the $700 I already spent on unsuccessful repairs. I called several times a day for a week and they would not answer me. One call to THC and they came out as promised. Quoted my new furnace. The came back 2 days later to replace it. I needed a replacement condenser fan motor with my model number. They pulled the part I bought it and had it shipped overnight and received it in part was as stated and is working fine. I recommend a technical, hot and cold.

I had Bob out at a company I used to work for a few years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to know he is still working at the same place( so it’s easy to find him, if not I would of tracked him down). I’m going to look into maintenance upgrades at our plant facility in the spring. I completely trust Bob and have known him for years, to the point I’ll give him the keys and just call me when you’re done. That is a foundation for great business. Our existing furnace broke down. Employee Finley thoroughly inspected furnace and discovered several major issues. We decided replacement was the better option. Within a few days Finley and John arrived in the morning and we had heat by dinner time. They even made a courtesy call a couple days later to make sure everything was running right and finish some venting. Quality name brand furnace. Timely and friendly service. Professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Highly recommend. .

Technical information was requested, compiled and distributed in a timely manner. Questions were answered and information toggled. When a question arose that Eric was unsure of, he pursued the information and enlisted the assistance of Josh for additional information.
