Premiere came to my home to repair duct work under my home. There was a good amount of water under the home,they had to wait for the pump to get the standing water pumped out. They came back to finish the work regardless, armed with plastic sheeting to get the repair done in a very professional manner. Rick explained the problem and work to be done. Give them a call!Rick left doing a good job,regardless of the conditions!

These folks were called out to do a Warranty Repair. The guy who showed up did not have a clue what to do. He had a drill and a flashlight in his hand. He called someone for directions several times. After an hour, he tells us the issue with the blower running all the time is the Allergen Filter you have installed. It is causing the blower to remain running. I called the office the next morning only to be told that our warranty was voided because we did not use a proper Air Filter. These folks are unqualified at best.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Save your time and money people they been out to my house 4 different times and they don’t do anything, they gave estimate and then came to the house and didn’t do what they gave estimate for, then when we call they finally say they won’t do the job. If you want the job done correctly message this and I’ll give you the contact info for the company that did mine for 800$ less and did the right job the first time, took only 6 hours.

John was polite, professional, and on time, explained to us the problem with our furnace, even showed us, and quickly fixed the issue. There was great communication while making the apt, and was texted when he was on the way. Will 100% call them in the future

To be honest I did not have the best first impression of this company. There were many miscommunications and mix ups but in the end the overall service was great. The gentleman here were polite and professional, they let my 4 year old son annoy them with his million and a half questions. They happily answered all his questions and we very well with him. The unit looks great and they left with no mess left behind. You would have never known they were here. They definitely made up for the rocky start. Their professionalism and quality made up for the rocky start. I’m glad we were able to work with them.

I got my fernace AC and water heater from them, they gave me a get deal on everything and did a great job on the install and even gave me a free thermostat I love their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new service or having problems with their current hvac service.

Norm at Premiere Sold us a new central air unit. He made sure the install and the clean up was done right. He Also followed up on the warranty for the evaporator and compressor. We got extra long warranty for free! Norm is the best! We highly recommend dealing with this business. They are honest and do what they say they are going to do. 5 Stars!

Very honest company! Great prices. Gentleman that came to my house was very friendly and took his time to figure out the issue my furnace was having and properly fix it. Would highly recommend them if you own a mobile or manufactured home.

My air-conditioning has been out for two weeks. My landlord has called them multiple times they were supposed to come out three times in the last two weeks and today they tell me my landlord canceled my service call which they didn’t. On top of that they called two days before the day of service to confirm the appointment with my wife and my wife confirmed it.

Two days of no show no call. I’m heating my house and trying to keep my bird alive with a space heater and an oven !! You can’t even call me back ,but you sure as hell took my money that I paid to you up front ! I want someone out here tomorrow or I will be contacting the Better Business bureau
