I had the pleasure of working with Derek Cingel a few months ago on a roof unit installment. His attention to detail and responsiveness was a refreshing experience. He seemed to ask all the right questions and I would definitely work with him and his team again.

I had the pleasurer of meeting with Bob Compton recently to discuss deferent options for heating and cooling in my new shop. I've had meetings with other company's that seemed like they were just going through the paces to sell me equipment some of which wouldn't fit my needs. Bob was very informative on all of my different options for my space and pointing out the flaws the other company's were trying to push on me. In the short time of this meeting it seemed like I had know Bob for years. I would definitely recommend meeting with Bob to make sure your getting the right equipment that you need.

Finley and Nate were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend THC. These guys don’t throw parts at the issue and took the time to find the right diagnosis.

While searching online for a hvac blower motor, i came across Technical Hot & Cold website. Their site was super easy to navigate and had the blower motor available. Online order super fast, shipped first business day open. Motor came in packaged nicely, and was exactly as listed. Installed and started like a champ. Super pleased with their services!

Our Hotel just opened in October and we have been using thc since. Bob Compton is a Rock Star - whenever we call , he follows up with an awesome attitude and getas the job done! We would not use any other company unless Bob Compton was employed. 5 stars!!!!!

Although I did not use the business I was trying to find information about an old unit I had. I was fortunate to encounter Brigitte Franz in Parts who helped me find the information I needed to confirm an insurance matter in my home. She contacted Carrier about this for me after some failed attempts to reach them.
Where many others may have ignored me, she is a true example of EXCELLENT customer service in a world where it is hard to find.
