Finlay was awesome he waited to make sure my furnace was working properly and that there were no carbon monoxide leaks present. Great service and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Furnace stopped working on a Sunday. Technician came out promptly diagnosed the issue and came back the next day with parts and replaced the blower and electrical board. Finlay was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional on the replacement. Would highly recommend THC!

Please allow me to explain that when I was in residential and commercial management I would use THC for all our heating systems. We had boilers in all the buildings. Anytime there was an issue with the system, I would call their sales representative, Bob Compton. Bob was always quick to reply and if he was in the area, he would stop by immediately to see what the problem was. I found him to be honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. I never had to second guess his estimates. The staff that conducted the service calls were great as well.

First off I wanna say Brett was an amazing technician.he didn't mind answering all of my questions he was very courteous and professional explained everything to us Brett and his colleagues did an amazing installation job they Installed a whole new furnace and it was perfect.

I purchased a condenser fan motor that was discontinued from my pool heater manufacturer. When I called was told I looked like it was discontinued but Stephanie called the Manufacturer found the motor updated the website and I have the motor a week later. Great customer service. Thanks

The pilot light on my hot water heater went out and I couldn't get it lit again so I was a little frustrated. I have a appliance repair plan with Consumers Energy and they recommended Technical Hot & Cold to do the repairs. One of their service technicians Finlay came out, inspected it, and determined that it was the burner assembly and gas control valve. He had to order the parts so my wife and I had the boil water to make warm baths for a few days but we were ok with that for the time being. When Finlay arrived to repair it the process didn't take long at all and after waiting 30-45 minutes we have hot water again! He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and pretty quick getting the job done so I'd definitely recommend THC if you have any plumbing or HVAC issues!

I needed a flame sensor, but couldn't tell which one to order for sure. Their parts guy was super helpful, even contacting Lennox for me.
Will use again! (I hope I never have to of course, but I was super impressed!)

I have worked with Bob Compton for several years on various jobs. Bob brings that level of knowledge and professionalism that allows the customer to feel valued, comfortable enough to ask questions and ultimately to make an informed decision.
