My water heater went out suddenly, and Reliable was able to come out that day to check out the damage and install a new unit the next morning. Chase and River were excellent and handled getting a second replacement unit after the first was damaged extremely professionally. They also performed additional work to get the rest of my HVAC system up to code at no additional charge. Thank you so much!!

I had gotten horribly high quotes from 3 other major companies for the replacement of our water heater.I felt lied to and scammed. I came across Reliable heating and cooling so I gave them a call hoping I'd get an honest company. I spoke with Lisa who was so nice and friendly. She was so sorry for how I'd been treated by those other companies. She sent Armando over that same day. WOW!! He was so honest and quoted us a price so low I near fainted with happiness. The crew came out the very next morning and did an outstanding job. Such friendly,professional young men. This company has restored my faith in humanity. I am so grateful we found Reliable and will be using them for every repair we ever need.

We genuinely enjoyed working with everyone at Reliable. They are quick to respond and worked with us every step of the way to make things easy for us. They helped us to communicate/acted as the middle man with American Home Warranty when they were being rather difficult and in the end everything worked out and our AC unit is working perfectly! The team at Reliable Heating and Cooling is fantastic! They kept me informed regarding their arrival and were very prompt (a rare thing to find). They did a great job maintaining/cleaning our AC and took a look at our humidifier to figure out what was wrong. Kenton explained what was causing the issue and what it would take to fix it. He explained it all very thoroughly and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision/spend extra right away. Overall an excellent experience! I will absolutely call on them again!

I called about our system not keeping a constant temp in our babies’ room. It was getting too hot or too cold. We were bringing our babies home from the hospital and we’re worried the problem wouldn’t be fixed in time. Kenton and the rest of their team got to our home, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within a day when others said they couldn’t get out to us for almost 5 days. They went out of their way to help us by working late to fix the issue. They earned my business for life. Thanks guys!

I want to rename this business 'LIFESAVING Heating and Cooling LLC' because that's what Lisa, Kenton and Tom did for me. When my old furnace went on the fritz on one of the coldest Saturdays of the year, I had a sinking feeling in my stomach. I dialed up Reliable Heating and Cooling and a very cheerful Lisa answered. I was surprised someone would answer the phone on a Saturday, and even more stunned when Lisa told me that Kenton, their crackerjack heating technician, could arrive at my Grand Rapids house within three hours. Kenton and Tom, the repair team, arrived and diagnosed the problem. Rather than talking down my ancient furnace and trying to upsell me on replacing it, they patiently explained what was wrong and assured me they could make the furnace work until Monday when they would return with new replacement parts. True to their word, the furnace was up and running again, and on Monday, they returned with brand-new parts as promised. The repair was reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to pressure me into replacing the furnace on their return visit. Honestly, Reliable Heating and Cooling are lifesavers and I recommend this business for its professional quality work at an affordable price.

We are so happy that we used Reliable Heating and Cooling for our new water heater. The communication couldn't have been better (text reminders, quote connected to appointment confirmation, etc.) and both Kenton and Lisa were great to work with! The price was extremely fair and we were able to get the water heater installed the next day. Highly recommended!
