I had my AC system prepped for summer. They showed up on time did a thorough job and explained everything to me. He told me ways to help maintain the system too.

Loved the professionalism of this company!! They are quick at getting back to you and very helpful. All the guys that have been out to our house have been awesome and so friendly and sweet to our kids. We had River and Chase out today to install new furnace and AC unit and they were great. Thanks for entertaining my kiddo while he was home from school! Ladies working in the office are fun to chat with, they really take time to get to know customers.

I would highly recommend, definitely a 10/10. They showed up early! Super nice and friendly guys that came to install new water heater. Got the job done fast with no messes or anything, and even taught me how to use new water heater properly, very respectful people. Super lucky I went with reliable heating and cooling. I don’t think I could’ve got better service and genuinely happy with everything from anywhere else. I thank them again! Awesome place highly recommended!!!:)

Wow! Excellent service, great techs, efficient, and know their stuff. We just bought the home and our inspector said, Tom at reliable was the person to call. James Underwood with over and under inspections, you were right. We had the AC and an on demand hot water heater replace at a fair price. The owner even showed up to bang the project out in what I thought was record time. They weee in by 8am and done by 1:30pm. Awesome job!!!

I am SO impressed with this company. Chase, Allen and River did an outstanding job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Armondo was incredibly knowledgeable when helping us decide which unit to go with and has been a pleasure to get to know. Lisa, what can I say about Lisa, she’s awesome! Quick to respond to questions, super friendly and overall excellent customer service. I recommend this company 100%. Everyone has great attitudes and it’s obvious they love their jobs. Can not say enough good things about this company. No one likes to do projects like these but if you have to do it you may as well do it with a company who actually cares about their customers. These days that’s pretty hard to find. Armando gave us our quote and “sold” us the product but never lost touch after he made the sale and made sure to see it through until the end. Chase and River installed the AC and were absolutely awesome. My husband is a total perfectionist and the first thing he said when he saw the job was about how great it looked. That’s a huge deal coming from him. So so so impressed. Lisa helped with any financing and rebate questions and didn’t once act annoyed or impatient with me even though I had no clue what I was doing. I would 100% use them again and will recommend them to anyone I can. May be one of the only times I spent money on something home repair related and felt totally relaxed. You can tell the company is locally owned because of the way the employees acted. You can tell they like their job and have pride in what they do. 10/10 Recommend

Reliable Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job. The frequent communication and updates from Lisa was very helpful. They were able to schedule and install a new AC unit quickly. The installation itself was fast and professional. I also appreciated the follow-up visit to check on the unit and make sure everything was running as expected.
