Aaron did a thorough job diagnosing and repairing our system. Found the problem quickly, but took extra time to check over everything and make sure everything was in order.

There were a couple of issues after the unit was installed They sent out Aaron and he resolved the issues that I found and he found a couple of others that needed to be addressed as well. He was very thorough.

Horrible wire installation is in between pipes , depending on who is doing the job not all workers are the same . Other worker came and fixed after almost 10 days and I understand was not an emergency

We moved into our home earlier this year and contacted Reliable shortly after for an AC add. The install went well. In my opinion the condenser looked very cheap.

When summer came we immediately started having issues with the AC not keeping the house cool. It started struggling when it got 75-80 out and when it was 90 it was pretty much useless. There were days our house got up to the mid 80's. We were also having to clean the coils weekly.

We had Reliable come out on multiple occasions and kept telling us that the AC was working as it should. I said I don't think it's normal for it to run almost non-stop and not keep the house cool. Finally the owner came out. I asked if the 2 ton they install was big enough for our 2000 sqft home. He said that they can only install what our home and current system would allow. He said that he believed the problem was our ductwork and he could get us a quote. It would be $1200 and that was discounted.

We ended up getting a second opinion and was told by another company that our system had a 3 ton blower and would recommend a bigger condenser. We got a quote for a 2.5 ton and it wasn't that much more than the system we had.

We decided to ask Reliable to uninstall the AC. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they didn't give us any problems with uninstalling the AC.

The other company installed the 2.5 ton York condenser. The condenser looked like a much higher quality. It kept our house cool and didn't have to run non-stop. We are very happy now.

I don't know if we just got unlucky with Reliable. They seemed professional and were very nice but they really dropped the ball on the install. We did appreciate them uninstalling it with no hassle but would have rather had a system installed that worked.

Great service - again! Aaron diagnosed an intermittent fault in a PC board in our Navien water heater, with Navien service tech assistance via phone. Navien shipped the board within a day and Aaron replaced it today. Since the heater was only 11 months old, both the part and labor were covered. This was a no-hassle repair experience on the part of both companies.
