From the time of contacting for services and thought out the process, the focus was on helping us get our furnace working, providing information on what was needed now and what options we needed soon or could wait.

They worked with me on rescheduling when I wasn’t able to meet at the original time scheduled, we’re very communicative about when they would be arriving, and cost and time estimates.

Josh was a wonderful technician and performed quickly and professionally throughout his time here.

He presented several options and gave honest feedback without trying to force any up-sales while still presenting his recommendations.

Josh the Service Technician did a fine job. He explained the process to me as we walked into the house, at the furnace and at the condenser outside. He also identified potential failure modes upcoming and current items that should have immediate attention. His knowledge was impressive and knew the right things to say to get me (the customer) to get preventative repairs done sooner than later. I appreciated that.

All around terrific experience! Josh did an amazing job explaining and walking us through what was happening with our furnace and air conditioning. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution to replace the furnace, thermostat and air conditioning as well as adding in an air filtration system and humidifier. Amazing service! Last year a reputable company installs my unit, takes my $3200 and the owner decides to go the Jared Fogle route, then in turn bankrupts his company. Reliable Heating and Cooling seemed like the only other choice for service. Highly recommend!!!!

Arron is an HVAC guru. He came out to diagnose an A/C condenser that wasn't working properly. He was patient and methodical and very cool-headed. Moose and Brice from Reliable Heating and Cooling arrived on time at one of my rental properties to install BOTH a new 95% hi-efficiency furnace and an electric water heater. Reliable had coordinated with an electrician to wire the water heater since I was changing from gas to electric. Both Moose and Brice were good-natured, focused and professional. Brice is terrific with copper plumbing and running the pvc intake/exhaust venting. Moose fitted the new furnace into existing duct work with a masterful touch. They were a great team, completed the installation in a tight space and left the work area in clean condition. I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling if you are a Grand Rapids landlord and need HVAC service - they are simply the BEST!

Reliable was easy to book and quick to respond. Our technician, Aaron was on time, efficient, friendly, and professional and fixed the problem immediately.

The technician worked on our furnace for quite awhile, inserted a humidifier pad for us, and afterward carefully explained what problems he noticed during his evaluation. We appreciate that he said he would send his written evaluation to us.
