Kyle and Becky were incredibly helpful to get my HVAC system in order. Kyle gave me several very good price options and was super informative of what the technology was and how it has changed recently. I am interested in the new heat pump technology which is ultra-efficient. It looks like a two-stage high efficiency furnace will save me as much money on utilities and be significantly less expensive than a heat pump system. I contacted two other companies. One was high pressure to get me to sign immediately without offering me many options. The other informed me that they don't install heat pumps but didn't try to give me an estimate for what they do sell.
Kyle gave me three options with the option of having more options, answered all my questions, complimented me on my dog and was a really nice person to boot. I felt immediately comfortable and if my wife had been present we would have very likely signed immediately.

Selling our home and inspector noticed some anomalies in HVAC - signs of leakage, dirty condenser, etc. Ben completely serviced the AC and heating units, providing detailed measurements that we can provide to the seller. He was even able to cite the change to attic ventilation code requirements such that we are effectively grandfathered to existing. Couldn't say enough about how pleased I was with the service!
